The par readings from my Sensor are displayed in Watts/m2 versus µmol m-2. The Apogee Pyranometer did not have an option for me to convert this. Per the documentation from Apogee, I need to select "Use immersion settings" but this setting is disabled for the Par Meter I own. I apologize for any confusion!
Its all good bro! The Quantom series of Apogee Sensors support converting to the umols. The video still proves their in an increase even if it is in Lumens.
Very little. The old lens use to hit my floor and show up on my end table (which is about 5 feet away from the tank). The new lens show a little bit on the floor and noticeable when it’s a bit darker but the diffusers solve that for me.
The lenses are supposed to be like the G4. But they didn't come close to it at all. They only did this because the G5 & G6 are junk, and there have nothing but complaints. Par isnt there problems. The spectrum they claim they put out is false. So they are doing a smoke screen so people dont pay attention to the real problem they have. That's the radions and AI as well.

Yah. For the par jump they advertise and the cost of the upgrade I wanted to test and see the results.
