What size tank are you putting the xr15 on?
@@ttown918 I put 3 on a red sea 425 g2 (48” x24”). Probably could have gotten away with 2 though but wanted more coverage for when everything grew in

Are those XR30 or XR 15 G6 Pros?
I'm curious as to your opinion - for a IM Nuvo 25 (24" wide, by 19" by 12" tall - i.e., shallow), would an XR 15 be enought to keep SPS from essentially edge to edge? Any suggestions? Thanks!

Thanks! If it’s in your budget a xr30 would be aweseome but prob overkill a xr15 would be plenty especially with the newer wide lenses .

hello I wanted to ask you a question I recently got a xr15 g6 and I loaded your programming can I set the program to 100% or better leave it at 60%? I like to have some white during the day and your program is perfect for my taste but if I set it to 60% it looks dimly lit
For the color blends you can adjust it if you wish to make it whiter or bluer if you mean the overall %. you can certainly up it just make sure you dont fry your corals by going to high to fast!
@@ReefDudes Thanks for the answer, I'm currently maturing and I was learning to use the radion and until I came across your program I will do various tests regarding the % and at most I will adjust based on the response of the corals whether to lower the %
thank you! I use this on my xr15 g6 pro on a waterbox 35.2. I'm on acclimation mode and started on 50% and over a month ramp up to 70%. But the second part of the schedule is looking very dark. is 50% to low to start this program? most sps frags and couple lps. thanks!

Thanks Devon I am trying to take par readings on a 150 g cube tank 36”x36” 28” deep I have 2 g6 15 pros and getting low par readings , how high are your lights from the tank ? I am nowhere near your par readings, also I am not sure if a third g6 15 will work any ideas ? I would appreciate feedback thanks , as it is late I will try your program tomorrow .
What is your light schedule, 12 hrs? What light intensity would you recommend for the xr15 gen6 pro. I believe you said it was a little higher than the xr30. Thanks
how big is your tank (dimensions) what type of coral?
It's a 125-gallon standard. Sps on the top half and lps/ softies on the bottom of the tank

Your schedule is great but I only have 1 xr15 blue and it dimmer than the built in ab+. May be because you have 5 lights. Also curious why your whites are at 24-30 when 100 on g6 is the norm
On your Blue version the AB+ spectrum is 100% on the whites, R, G channels. He's using the Pro which is 24% whites, R, G. Basically the 2 lights have different channel settings for the same spectrum

what was a drop from 5g to g6 in terms of PAR. I have 5 xr15blue on 6 foot tank should i switch to g6 blue or i will lose a lot of PAR.

Your most welcome! For wavemakers i just use the random/reefcrest mode, i find its the best all around one

Hello sr . How can I have this on my ai prime. I don't have Dropbox
I tried making my on light setup and never liked any of it then I tried yours and never looked back. I did remover all reds and greens as I was having algae issues but I want to put reds and greens back again now that issues are fixed. Any recommendations on how much reds and greens? Or just reinstall your schedule?
Re install may be easier, but during the brighter period i have 30% then drop to 24% for the AB+ ish late afternoon phase
I’m curious, why did you decide to have these two plateaus, a higher par white period, followed by a lower par bluer period? Is it based on any ecological reasoning or purely aesthetics?
Its a Mix, originally the higher par period was a high noon of sorts to give the corals more par and help with coloration. The side aspect is i also appreciate the whiter crisp look of a tanks. Lower par lets you leave the lights on longer and stretch out the viewing time. so its a mix of all of the above

becuase i have 5 xr30s, its ALOT of light. it would be higher if i had less fixtures. there is a ton of overlap

Sure can install on G5, yep its decently crispy white furring that 4 hours "high noon" period, you can always dial down the whites during that phase if its tooo white for you.
