Amtrak Acela II Train No. 844 makes a simulation stop at Newark Penn Station. Train was running as non-revenue 2172 to Boston. These aren't in service yet.
I love these trainsets, but for the life of me, I cannot understand why they did not flare the locomotive to match the passenger cars. I just cannot stand a streamlined train making such an oversight!
I am not a native English speaker, I do not know the exact meaning of the flare word. But i guess you must refer to the different sidewalls of locomotive and cars, which has been hurting my eye in a terrible way. 😅😅😅
