TSW3 Acela Tutorial for New York Trenton and Boston Sprinter

Lets jump aboard the brand new Acela in TSW3 and learn how to operate the speedy passenger hauling train. We'll be learning this together because I've only had it a day or so and its a fun one to master. Lets look through the good and the bad and get on with driving a service. We'll cover all the important bits and you'll see just how challenging it can be. Be prepared for some super prototypical train operation.

Does the Acela have some guard system which is why I can't find a open/close doors control in the cab?

Yes, conductors on the train do it.

@@trainsimulatordriver I think a lot of older trains are like that, dough modern ones have driver control.

@@kvgiris most railways go for Driver Only Operation (DOO) these days. Acela is unlikely to ever do that because they want their passengers to feel special. Amtrak are unlikely overall because of strong unions.
