The MP5A3's recoil is actually due to its roller delayed blowback system, to save from making my headache worse im just going to say that because of it it makes it have less recoil irl too idk

The helicopters all have no armor. Little bird isn't bulletproof whatsoever and the ch-146 has no doors covering the pilot. It's also one of the weaker tanks in the game.

Guns are cool, miniguns are awesome, a western faction having technicals is cool, the little bird is cool, but ultimately it just feels... bland. Also, why are their jeans so tight? I gave up with this game a long time ago because of optimisation/EU servers being a little bit crap for finding squads who actually communicate - but this video was thoroughly entertaining and I really like your style. Please do keep it up

Hey technically not the first non-mod appearance of CAS in this game... there was that one patch where they "accidentally" introduced that busted huey CAS on some Skorpo layers.
This couldn’t have been described any better haha, I remember in the days as a regular PR player, Man updates were real updates, a whole WWII era, factions, guns, vehicles and stuff, those devs work hard, no micro transactions nothing, just pure passion i guess. We might need that in Squad. Dear Squad devs hustle up, you guys can do better.

Been hearing this from everyone forever. id gladly delay having a new faction for a few months if it meant the game would run far more smoothly for a long period of time. The lack of optimization has to be squad's biggest immersion breaker, and good pc's are no exception to poor framerates and micro-stutters. especially with the scopes.
i have a feeling that actually we're going to see a lot of little birds being shot down. between the zsu, tanks, ifvs, 50 cals, 14.5mm and LAT kits, i reckon we'll see the CAS pilots do 1 rocket run, get shot down, lose however many tickets the little bird is worth and then spend 10 minutes at main waiting for it to respawn. supply helis get shot down all the time just resupplying near the enemy, not even flying directly over them.
Yeah glad I’m not the only one that feels like this. Like this would be good DLC but an entire game/factions rework with serious optimization and factions that people actually want like France/Germany. Also they need to ditch the “fictional” factions BS.

@@Vice1-4 yeah it’s super “gamey” I’m not sure how to describe it. Squad started off as intentionally distancing itself from the whole everyone being spec ops thing and that was what made it cool. I’m gonna enjoy the new weapons and stuff but I just hope they keep it grounded

It's not like there are a half dozen examples from previous games where a rifle round can shoot through helicopter glass. I don't know why they just don't make that possible, sigh.
I know the player models are realistic, but I kinda wish they made them look super drippy like MW2 Shadow Company (I don't play GE, I just like the drip).
It's weird seeing m14s and rifles with a bunch of rails and no optics. Most pmcs in the middle east were rocking regular AKMs and 74s with some basic stuff if any attachments. Just regular m4s and AKs with lots of eotechs and aim points.
I got to say I'm quite disappointed because I expected some weapons that are rare and not that used by the military for example the FN SCAR, AR 15 type of rifle with MLOCK, and in general weapons that you see civilians and PMC use

From what I've heard the little bird has literally 0 Armour so the pilot is complealty exposed the entire time to small arms

The MP5 having low recoil makes sense considering how close you're going to be firing it and the low damage from 9mm

As someone who has fired an auto MP5 a bunch of times. It still blows my mind how little recoil the real thing has. Glad the game does that well lmao
