    Ohhhhh. These are sooo good. I deal with chronic tension headaches and migraines. If I can alleviate the tension headaches, life will be a lot easier! Thanks for the dual approach techniques.

    I had been unable to sleep since days due to the severe pain in my body, including my neck and head. I have celiac so the flareups result in the worst possible headaches.
    I was close to giving up in frustration when I came across your video. Literally the first set of stretches I did, and immediate relief. Within a minute or so! I'm astounded and so, so grateful.

    The video I’ve been waiting for!!👍I just went along with you and performed all these exercises. What a stretch!!! I get severe tension headache in my lower skull, at least 3 times a month, especially after I train deltoids at the gym or do some overhead lifting at home or work Thank you for this , very appreciative!

    I been doing all kinds of stretches but nothing really helped with daily chronic headaches. I know you are right taking Firocet every day is helping somedays but probably having rebound headaches.
    I am surprised towel exercise seems to help ..I am burping (sorry but when my tension/ migraine headaches gets really bad my stomach feels nauseous & does not feel right. I do have digestive issues).
    Thank you for your TH-cam. I wish you were near me than I will be able to go see you.

    Timing couldn’t be better! I’ve been trying to get rid of the muscle tension that’s been causing terrible eye- and headaches constantly for the past few days. My fibromyalgia is part of that problem but I can’t see my physiotherapist as much as I’d like, so these tips are worth so much!!

    Thank you so much for this! I never used to get headaches. About 5 years ago I started getting them when singing. I was told they are exertion headaches. I'm going to assume that these exercises will work for that?
