      Both Katy and Cypress have ever flooding before? Thanks!

      Yes. There are parts of Cypress & Katy with higher flood risks than others. But that’s the case in pretty much all of our suburbs

    Hey, Arron. How are you doing? I plan on moving there next year. It is so beautiful there. I have some questions about special education in the school system there. I would love to speak with you.

    Any idea about the crime rate between the two areas?

    • @aaronlathan
      @aaronlathan  ปีที่แล้ว

      That’s not something I’ve ever directly searched. I know that there are sites that do those sort of breakdowns though.

    You didn’t touch on diversity which is something I’m interested in learning

      These two are a couple of Houston’s most diverse suburbs. In my experience I see a bit more diversity in and around Cypress. On my trips there versus Katy so I’d give a slight nod to Cypress there. But I’d definitely say that Katy is better than most other communities on that front.

      Thanks for the stats and checking out the channel. I’d still say that in my experiences I personally see slightly more diversity in Cypress when I’m out and about. Not by a huge difference though.
