I’m out here in Fairfield, cypress is by far the cleanest update drop dead gorgeous places there is in Texas! Everything clean! Even where they keep the trash, my first thought was we too far from the city, but after tour the quickly realized my family and I was home/! Cypress has everything that Houston has and more! I work in Pasadena tx, nice little ride back and forward but being that 290 has more lanes now it’s a fast commute. I truly love the quality and quiet neighborhoods!

Cypress is my favorite burb by far. I’ve been touring a lot in Fairfield lately and that’s low key one of my favorite established communities out that way.

We are under contract in Dunham and looking forward to it - awesome video! The area & schools were keys for us but what really appealed was that the size of the community was capped at 1300 acres! Bridgeland and Towne Lake, for as beautiful as they are, are just turning into a maze of houses & streets!!
    Thank you for the video!

Yea Bridgeland specifically seems like it’ll never stop growing at this point lol. Congrats in advance on the build! Thanks for checking out the channel.
Let me know if there’s anything I can help with in the future 😊👍🏽

Glad I found your channel! I was looking in Dunham Pointe yesterday. I’m going to watch your other videos as you will save me a lot of time from driving all over Houston.

In terms of appeal for future resale and schools would you rank this over say Meridiana or Sienna?

    • @aaronlathan
      @aaronlathan  ปีที่แล้ว +1

A comparison to Sienna is a bit unfair because it’s like 10X the size. People that want to be south and don’t care about paying a premium will almost always choose Sienna. The Meridiana comparison is probably a little more fair and I’d pick Dunham Pointe because of the location and amenities that are already established nearby and that construction will likely finish sooner leading to quicker appreciation.
But I’ve got clients looking and building in both. Can’t really go wrong in either location.

    Great video! Thank you!
Do you know when the on-site schools in Dunham Pointe start? Right now kids need to attend schools across 290. Thank you.

I’m not sure that the sales teams have those details yet. Their biggest push to the public is that your kids will always be in Cy Fair. Which Bridgeland can no longer say. But I can ask my contacts out there and see if they know of anything.

Con #4 One way in and out right now.

That’s true. With a train track right there. But that’ll only be for a matter of time. I’d imagine that being a nightmare in the mornings though for now🫢

@@aaronlathan I didn't even think about that morning part. They definitely got to address that especially becuase a school will be going in over there.

@@DREYDAYMAN id imagine that’s when the other exits would happen around the school groundbreaking.

Very bad developer/HOA/Builders. Over priced. Closed a house in Dec and have been living here since Mar. 2023, nothing is offered as promissed, lakes are full of filth, no walking/biking trails as advertised. Common areas are bad, no aminity center is not ready and seems will never finish. The two lakes at the enterance have fountains but never worked. Don’t go with words, drive around yourself and see underdevelopement areas. Would not recommend to my friends and family.

Sorry you had that experience. What remedies has your realtor suggested?

My realtor showed me the plans for the rail connecting from Houston to Dallas/Austin and the plans run right through the middle of Dunham Pointe
