The Insio charger doesn’t have a back up battery included unlike the Phonak charger which will give you three days backup charging. Also, and I might be wrong, it’s Bluetooth only has a single channel. Not two which I thought was the standard in Bluetooth technology.

I love the Signia Connect X3 X5 X7 devices, very slim, fits behind the ear and the short wire is very discrete Fast forward to the new INSIO product in this video and you open up a whole new world. Are they discrete .... hell no ! it looks like a plug in your ear canal and is extremely obvious ? Discrete ? Invisible ? I think not. The technology might be great but I have tried wearing devices such as this and you truly are aware of them 100% of the time. They are effectively a plug in your ear .... period So while this video gives some good advice and thought bubbles ...... it fails miserably on the 'discrete' tag that most of us want, if not all. Compound that by having your own voice sound like its inside a biscuit tine, inside your head and it makes you feel very inadequate indeed .... so what is the solution you ask ? Well I dont know, but I do know that its not this device. My prediction is they will not be a big seller, too many negatives, but hey prove me wrong, this is just my opinion, age 64 lol

Depending on the device and phone you have will depend on the connectivity. I would suggest you consult your Audiologist.
