These apps don’t work for single side hearing. They make single sided cross over translators but don’t support them on app. So use single sided hearing people are completely left out of the loop!

My phonak App doesn’t recognise my phonak paradise hearing aids. Although I am connected app says I am not connected

I have just downloaded the app but don't have that drop down menu

When I get a call on my iPhone it comes through my hearing aids. How do I turn off BT so my partner can hear the call on speaker phone? Thanks

Hi… is it true that Signia 7AX, 5AX and 3AX share the same hardware chip . They are only differentiated by their software level. ( based on your TH-cam cover photo) . If that’s the case , that means I can flash the 3AX to 7AX just to get a better hearing experience. Not sure whether my presumption is correct. Please advise. Thank you

Has Unitron got an app to utilise the Android phone as a remote microphone and allowing me to place the phone nearer to a speaker and utilise bluetooth link to my hearing aids ?

Thank you so much for the video, it’s very helpful. I have one of these on order and my husband is concerned that I’ll be unhappy with it because he says there will be sound lag (the voices and lip movements won’t quite match up). Is that a possibility? I’ve had trouble with audio/video accessories in the past and had to return them.

The Insio charger doesn’t have a back up battery included unlike the Phonak charger which will give you three days backup charging. Also, and I might be wrong, it’s Bluetooth only has a single channel. Not two which I thought was the standard in Bluetooth technology.

Hello and thank you for this video. I have been using my Phonak Life P90 for over year now and would like to change the colour. The UK provider does not have the colour swatch you show in this video (at time 0:11). How can I get one of those to choose the colour that suits me best placing an order please?

I have the moxi jump rechargeable hearing aids.But sometimes i find it hard to hear on the mobile phone.My friend puts me on speaker and i find it almost impossible to hear her.

Newer TV s have only HDMI inputs on them. The audio cable and RCA jack inputs are not there. I purchased a conversion for this and the hack does not work.

I have the exact right hearing aid beige Audeo M50-312. I have a question: Is it compatible with ROGER SELECT IN? I mean, I do not have a receiver inside of my hearing aid or installed but the roger select in (a receiver is already installed). Does it have a roger direct?

You mentioned the Smart 3D App. How does the app allow control over the TV Streamer? Do you have to pair the phone to TV Streamer 2 somehow?

Hello. Your video is very specific and very helpful. My Unitron after 2 days of use I can't hear anything, I feel the beeps it makes when I turn the volume up and down, the same thing it does on my Samsung Galaxy, but I don't hear anything as if the microphones were turned off. I don't know if I made any wrong adjustment in the app

I have purchased two streamers. All instructions have been followed exactly. Neither of these streamers will pair to my hearing aids. A very expensive and disappointing exercise.

I recently got the 7ax. And I am new to hearing aids. I have just high frequency range loss, so the aids are fitted with waffle cones so that I listen naturally to most frequencies and just the high ones are boosted. As a result telephone connectivity just plays back with a very tinny sound. Ditto for music - a huge disappointment. Also, I rate Bluetooth connectivity as quite poor. Usually only one ear connects on a phone call or when streaming on iPhone or iPad, and notifications may sound in only one ear or the other. I’ve spent time with Signia support, rebooted the phone and aids many times and several visits to the audiologist who think everything is fine. I do hear better with the aids, but the overall satisfaction level is low.

Hi There, I have a complaint, how come I got an appointment at 29 Campbell St. Parramatta at 1Pm 13/1/2023 and I got 2 emails to confirm my appointment and when I went to the address there is no clinic in this building, I tried several times to contact the clinic but no answer, tried to contact the Sydney clinic also no answer. I sent an email with no response back, are you really for real?
