  • Everyone has the potential for true managerial leadership, whether you’re managing for the first time or have been for 15 years. Most of us have only experienced fear-based management. It’s time to replace fear with compassion and get an infinite return on our investment in our colleagues. Management can be fun, meaningful, and lucrative when we use both compassion and accountability in equal measure.
Rena DeLevie is the Chief Compassionate Officer. She is a business coach, speaker, writer and management consultant with 30 years of corporate leadership experience. She is dedicated to bringing compassion into the workplace by connecting it to accountability and sharing this approach with as many people as possible. Rena approaches business with a warm heart towards people, creativity and the process, and with a cold eye on the bottom line.

I think i always cared but one day compassion was the only thing that mattered when meeting someone. Im picky about a persons ability to care for animals and people. Not sure when this change in me happened but im not as depressed anymore. Compassion is true beauty without that we are lifeless and the walking zombies.

I dont know if this qualifies for compassion exactly. Maybe im wrong but im sensing a boss that is workable. But she did say she would tryu to help but if the person couldnt get it together they had to go. Compassion to me goes a little further possibly. What about if a woman just had a boyfriend cheat or a loved one died. Then you pick up the slack. Compassion if wealthy is sponsoring children not making a business run better. Its buying a homeless person lunch on your break. Maybe im wrong
