Nice home. I love the seperate sections of the rooms. I’d do the same between the kitchen and the lounge room. The sun room is stunning and so is the screened off back veranda. I also like how there isn’t a room wasted for utilities. In Australia, all but one utility is hidden in walls or away from the house. What I’d change is the placement of the kitchen and dining rooms. For me, the kitchen sink MUST be under a window overlooking the outdoors. I like a bigger dining room too.
A LOT of time and thought was invested in the design, build and fine details and it shows immediately. Superb job by all who had a part in making this home a reality!
One of my favorites definitely! Absolutely gorgeous! I like the feeling of having an open floor plan, but yet allowing for each area to have its own set boundaries, so to speak!
Now, Timothy?? You Have Found The ULTIMATE GOLDMINE!! This European Style Home Has The Apoeal And Grandeur Of A Victorian House!! Really WorldyAnd Quite Stately!! I Commend You On Finding Such A Grand Estate!! Bravo!!
This is my favorite of all the homes I've seen you show. Beautiful outside and inside. I would add a Murphy bed upstairs in that bonus space for guests possibly. I would also consider adding a basement with a couple guest rooms , game room and a outside pool area. Then it would tick all my boxes.
This whole house is well thought out. They have the wide door ways for wheel chair access and the ELEVATOR. That's what I want in my dream home; also for moving furniture up and down the stairs. I LOVE the screened in porch and the sunroom. Who wouldn't? Everything is practical. I thought the kitchen might have more storage space and counter space but it would still work. Great job Timothy! BTW, I prefer the shower hose rather than a rain shower. The rain shower is not practical for woman. The rooms are nice and big and lots of storage space.
This is my dream home this home was absolutely stunning ! I honestly think this home had the best feature and considerate design out of ALL the homes i ever seen on your profile . This home is purely well thought out from the layout and design.
OMG!! Love the layout, space, and screened porch, sun room, and grill area! Love everything about this house. I would do a bit different wall colors, but great they love it! I super love the elevator kitchen and house flow! I want to become a long lost heir!!!😅
It’s been a long long time since there was a house that I loved inside and outside and floor plan and interior design. Other than the blue paint in laundry room and few other little changeable things was pretty much perfect
I don't like the laundry room connected to the master. Id also make the opening between kitchen and living room smaller. ( Not a fan of open concept) But I love everything else so far.
I love that the whole house is accessible. Beautifully appointed the house is new but it looks like it's been around for a while I like that new and old world feel and style combination. Everything that I would like in a home 🏡 I finally find it.! Thank you, Timothy 🎉❤🎉❤😊 This is not a scullery this is a Butler's pantry. A scullery is where the maid and the kitchen help work in Edwardian downstairs kitchens. The scullery is actually where they clean the dishes. Think of Downton Abby
I love the house, the decor. One change I would make is I would use the dining area as a breakfast nook and the enclosed porch as a formal dining space.
Beautiful home! My thoughts regarding the "all seasons" room is that it's a bit redundant having your living room right next to it. I would love to see it as a covered patio instead - more outdoor living space, but that's just a personal preference.
This home was not a cookie cutter home. Nice change from the usual. The stark white walls & same floor plans & same amenities...sheesh! This one was very nice.
It's been a hot minute since I've seen one of these ultra luxury homes in the Raleigh area really lean into the traditional aesthetic & details, and while it's not my thing personally, I think it's really well done.
A scullery is typically another small kitchen, sink, stove, frig etc. A butlets pantry is as the name implies, storage space with shelves, cupboards, sometimes has a sink but usually doesn't have a stove or frig. Generally smaller than a scullery. A scullery is also off of the kitchen where a butlers pantry is attached to the kitchen.
This is a beautiful home with lovely details. Many of the homes we've seen look so bland and characterless but this is very nice. I just don't understand the full bath next to the kitchen. I'd make it a powder room and expand the pantry. Edit: And I'd change out the front door for something more private. The door is beautiful but if the door looks into the living space, then I don't want people to be able to stand on the porch and watch the goings on in the house.
The more natural tone China display cabinet looks so much warmer and nicer than the cold White cabinets, I Think this home should have show cased the warmer natural wood tone cabinet color in the whole kitchen. Very beautiful home, I would make some very minor changes but this has a nice look and feel. I think one of the changes I would see if possible would be to have a nice fireplace in that big den room love the formal but close dining room. The scullery looks like a regular kitchen for someone's house.
Love the master and the ensuite, I however would like to see a bench in the shower. The fireplace is nice but I would have chosen the same stone as what is outside and have it go up to the ceiling, the brick too.
LOL, someone beat me to it...hate the wall paper!! I do love this house, lots of huge rooms, the sunroom and screened patio is where I would spend time. Kitchen is gorgeous and Love the sink in the island. Timothy: why are you obsessed with spice cabinets??? Difference Between Butler's Pantry and Scullery It is often used as a staging area for entertaining guests and as a mini-bar. On the other hand, a scullery is a larger room near the kitchen. It is typically used to store large kitchen appliances, such as a dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer.
a butler pantry is between a kitchen and dinning room and it would be nice to have a dishwasher in the scullery ( a scullery is a place to clean vegetables and wash dishes), so maybe it is just a pantry
I like the accessibility vibe to the house, but as someone who has had mobility issues temporarily, I would like to see those wand shower nozzles down at a seated level.
Great find Timothy! I really don't like sinks in the island. I don't care for the wallpaper in the powder room or that sink with no cabinet. And I think in the laundry rm the blue doesn't go well with the cabinets, I would make it a more country/soft blue if you know what I mean. Or change the walls or cabinets to white. Love the outdoor spaces and master.
Time l love just about every house you tour, but builders often create for king and queen, but do they consider building and creating for queens just starting out????????❤❤❤❤❤
Well, if there are any stairs, the house is not handicap accessible. Wheelchairs cannot negoiate stairs. The elevator negates this except for entry stairs, stepdown into hallway leading to back room. Nice house but...
I think it's elegant without being too fancy. Very cozy and classy, in my opinion.
The fact that it is ACCESSIBLE! These designs are few and far between - accessibility takes nothing away from a home
This the best design we have seen all summer. The flow and light are gorgeous
A LOT of time and thought was invested in the design, build and fine details and it shows immediately. Superb job by all who had a part in making this home a reality!
Honestly, I absolutely love the outside best. Never have I ever seen a home that looks like this!
A bench in the primary shower is essential for me. Love the screened-in porch.
I love everything about this house except the powder room wall paper
Oh my, the word “perfect” comes to mind! What a fabulous home, gorgeous decorating!
It is called "New House Smell". It brings calm and satisfaction much the way that "New Car Smell" does.
One of my favorites definitely! Absolutely gorgeous! I like the feeling of having an open floor plan, but yet allowing for each area to have its own set boundaries, so to speak!
The sunroom was great. Beautiful back area
Absolutely beautiful! Love that bonus room with the blue and the brick.

I absolutely really love the layout of this place and the exterior of it. I would do without the elevator. I love the all season room.❤❤❤❤❤
Tim, you and the house have earned my Seal Of Approval.
This whole house is well thought out. They have the wide door ways for wheel chair access and the ELEVATOR. That's what I want in my dream home; also for moving furniture up and down the stairs. Beautiful inside and out. Design is spot on. Perfection!!!
Honestly, id turn that into a true pantry with shelves behind the kitchen. With that, this would truly be my dream home.
This is my dream home this home was absolutely stunning ! I honestly think this home had the best feature and considerate design out of ALL the homes i ever seen on your profile . This home is purely well thought out from the layout and design.
I ❤ your tours. I giggle sometimes when you touch every thing. Love this house!!
This is literally the best home hands down out of all the homes you shown this home is stunning
I totally agree. He is going to have a hard time topping this one
OMG!! Love the layout, space, and screened porch, sun room, and grill area! Love everything about this house. I would do a bit different wall colors, but great they love it! I super love the elevator kitchen and house flow! I want to become a long lost heir!!!😅
Wow. That first bathroom you got to with soaking tub and marble.... pocket doors. I love it.
I like the use of brick and wood! Very nice details!
Again, I wish I knew the wall paint colors. Such a pretty, soft color scheme. Thanks for sharing it.
It’s been a long long time since there was a house that I loved inside and outside and floor plan and interior design. Other than the blue paint in laundry room and few other little changeable things was pretty much perfect
Absolutely stunning home. Love the solarium.

Thank you, Timothy
🎉❤🎉❤😊

The scullery is actually where they clean the dishes.
Think of Downton Abby
Finally some more European style homes! Love it ❤
This a really great home. Of course, I would tweak a few things but love the overall style of this beautiful place.
Thank you for showcasing it.😊
I love the house, the decor. One change I would make is I would use the dining area as a breakfast nook and the enclosed porch as a formal dining space.
Sun room is GREAT
Beautiful home! My thoughts regarding the "all seasons" room is that it's a bit redundant having your living room right next to it. I would love to see it as a covered patio instead - more outdoor living space, but that's just a personal preference.
I love this house! It’s the first one I wouldn’t change much on. Most of my changes would be cosmetic. I would rethink that den upstairs.
This house is stunning!!!
I think this is the best one yet!
This home was not a cookie cutter home. Nice change from the usual. The stark white walls & same floor plans & same amenities...sheesh! This one was very nice.
It's one of my favorite homes so far 😊
This is a absolutley amazing home
God bless Best regards anja
It's been a hot minute since I've seen one of these ultra luxury homes in the Raleigh area really lean into the traditional aesthetic & details, and while it's not my thing personally, I think it's really well done.
Wow I love this house Tim I can’t find anything wrong ❤with it
This house is so pretty 🦋
I didn't see a basement or I missed seeing it. Beautiful home for a big family!
This is a great place. I like the elevator. I'd want a walk out basement.

I think you were in a great and silly mood showing this one. Made me laugh several times. Loved it.
This house is perfect ❤
The more natural tone China display cabinet looks so much warmer and nicer than the cold White cabinets, I Think this home should have show cased the warmer natural wood tone cabinet color in the whole kitchen. Good layout, no waisted space! Needs personality! 😊
LOL, someone beat me to it...hate the wall paper!! I do love this house, lots of huge rooms, the sunroom and screened patio is where I would spend time. Kitchen is gorgeous and Love the sink in the island.
Timothy: why are you obsessed with spice cabinets???

I love this home
The office space needs some bookshelves belton's
The office when you first went in the house was a secondary bdrm.
Beautiful😀
a butler pantry is between a kitchen and dinning room and it would be nice to have a dishwasher in the scullery ( a scullery is a place to clean vegetables and wash dishes), so maybe it is just a pantry
Would definitely change powder rm wallpaper. Near laundry.
In love with this home!! 🏠
Awesome house 👍👍
I would like an outdoor kitchen in that space outside
I like this home. I think the outside grill area should be covered so you could b.b.q. in any weather.
A scullery is a secondary kitchen while a butlers pantry is for food storage but has prep space
I like the accessibility vibe to the house, but as someone who has had mobility issues temporarily, I would like to see those wand shower nozzles down at a seated level.
That laundry space is good for both front or top load washer and dryer
I also love how the shower doesn't have all glass walls.
Wow, this is a new builder with something to prove. Incredibly well done. I’d buy it if it were in Boise 😊
Best house ever
Lovely
Take one for the channel and ride that elevator!
TIMOTHY you need to come to Texas
In my dreams!
Very Nice house.
To Large for me.
Could this be built in Texas?
I like the no threshold showers. Be outside of the house looks Amazing!!!!
As big as this house is I would have a breakfast table and a formal dining room
I like your videos very much bro
Love most of this house, but who wants to see straight to a toilet when looking at the kitchen?
Close the door…duh
I like that it doesn't have white cabinets everywhere.
Pocket doors are not for me. I have lived in a home with them( a new build), and when the home settled, the doors never closed the same.
Hate front loaders - can the house be designed with either top/front loader in mind?
Beautiful home❤ but only one tin I don’t like it elevator 😊
Time l love just about every house you tour, but builders often create for king and queen, but do they consider building and creating for queens just starting out????????❤❤❤❤❤
The hidden door is where "Santa" hides the kids presents until Christmas morning. Shh, don't tell them it's there.😊
The shower in the master bedroom could be a little bigger a little bit more than its size
And where are the grab bars and a bench?
Beautiful. But do not like sink in the kitchen island. And I would rather have a covered patio than the extra “sun room”
If you want your spices to last longer, store them in a cool dry space do not store near the stove
Yay!
I love this house. I just wish the office wasn’t included in the official bedroom count and the full bath off the scullery doesn’t have any sense.
Can u spend more time on the stove & oven u speed straight through ! Like to see of that please!!!
Lololol, the spice rack........I said it before you did.
I would need a butler 😂
I don’t like anything about that powder room. I would change everything… the wall paper, sink and fixtures. Other than that, lovely house!!!
Well, if there are any stairs, the house is not handicap accessible. Wheelchairs cannot negoiate stairs. The elevator negates this except for entry stairs, stepdown into hallway leading to back room. Nice house but...
Not a fan of this layout but the external design is interesting
Beautiful home but I am big NO on seeing a toilet from the kitchen
You can always close the door. It’s good it’s accessible from the deck.
Close the door
Not a fan of color blue. Would love to see all white.
I've been hearing zero threshold quite a lot in almost every one of your videos. What is it🤔?
