I love this house. The only thing I would change is make the wine bar in the entryway a coat closet. A wine bar doesn’t need to be the focus of a home’s entryway. There’s plenty of space in the kitchen and/or pantry for a wine refrigerator and some wine shelving if you want it.

I absolutely really love the layout of this place and the exterior of it. You missed the closet in the 1st bedroom. I found my library here. My favorite parts are the built-ins throughout, the floating shelves throughout, the courtyard, and the patio. I also love that master bathroom. I also love the family room and game room upstairs. We have an office together as well at home, and we like it. The office was great the way it was set up. While I am thinking about it, your newsletter was great, and I highly recommend it. The home looks comfy, and livable.
I like this home very much, more so than many of the others because it's a bit different and stand's out more in design. I wouldn't necessarily use every space as they have it done but that is only a suggestion and purely subjective. I would make some design changes in the kitchen cabinets to look More like that brown wood tone linen cabinet in the master bathroom, liked that very much and the Pantry cabinets matched it they were in different color. The glass pains I liked the look of. And you are right the upper display cabinets should all have lighting in them irregardless of their location. I'm not a fan of waterfall edging so the style of the kitchen island would change. I too would probably switch the dining and living room areas but I think it would be nice to have a little sitting area somewhere in the (now set up as the living room) maybe the far end, I too like the courtyard style patios and the upper level patio is also a favorite. I would add a fireplace in the now dining area so it was cozy with it too. Style of the fireplace would change some for the dining area but stay in that location I think. The kitchen windows would need to open and a window would need to be put in the Master water closet. The tile work throughout this home was just done beautifully and My favorite is the style and color of the pattern used in the front First floor guest ensuite. This home has a nicer feel to it and maybe alot of that is do to it's decor and furnishings but with the changes I would have done if I bought this home it truly would be very warm feeling home. This home is very expensive but that being said much more worth the price than some of the others. If you can find more "Regular Homes" built by this same builder I would be very interested in seeing them, I have a feeling if they do build them they too would be a nice design and more attractive than the average home. It truly would be worth investigating. Yes, I definitely think you should tour All of this builders models and add to your website your mention. Thanks for a great look at a beautiful home. Looking forward to more from this builder 🙏. I especially like that this home had ensuite for each bedroom and each area downstairs and upstairs had a 1/2 bathroom. The location of them on both levels was well thought out more than others. The only thing I didn't like the location of it was the Wet Bar in the entryway. But I'm sure that again is a option for that space so they showed you what you could do with it instead of a coat closet which is what I think it actually is but the floor plan may show that. I'm going to save this tour in my favorites.
Finally. This house is outstanding. Not a 100% what I would want, but there are a lot of features that I really like that I, too, will be adding to my "wish list". Thank you, Tim! This video really delivered. 💯
Beautiful interiors! Wonderful home tour! From the entry, I would allow space to slide the dining area over a bit so as to have clear eyesight to the outdoors! Love the positioning of the living room! Surprisingly different yet I liked it! I missed the media room! Have plenty family spread across the U.S. whereby we come together and enjoy a movie or game in a spacious media room! Also, would have liked to view the home from the backyard area. Were those steps leading down to the yard? Thank you so much!
I’m AMAZED how many builders/people cheap out on the appliances on these multi million dollar homes buying lipstick on a pig kitchenaid in a 1.7M home is just off
First thing, this place needs a Guest Coat Closet instead of that Wine Bar. In the Master Bath make that Toilet Closet a bit wider where the Toilet is. In the Kitchen where they stuck the ovens is a terrible spot. If you open either of them in that narrow passage it would be impossible to get through there or get to a counter to put the food down if you are one the wrong side...as in the Pantry side. The wall where the range is could be different, put in a wide range with a griddle on top and a full size oven and a narrow oven in it. Now my biggest complaint...the freakin Garage is on the wrong side with this layout. It should be on the Kitchen side of the house. As it is you'd have a long hike with your groceries to the Kitchen and as it is it could be hazardous if a lot of laundry is being done...doging baskets and maybe piles of sorted laundry. I have an idea on moving the Garages and what to do with where they were, but I'm not got to explan all that.
Completely agree! He showed a home recently in the Utah Valley Parade of Homes that had a little pocket mini door opening into the pantry from garage to pass your groceries through. It was so cool!
For the size of it, that dining room deserves a lot more. The table needs to be more grand, and what's up with those dinky pendant fixtures hanging way up in the second floor space? There should have been something much more substantial and hanging lower over the table. It is a missed opportunity IMO.
