I really appreciate that you are still continuing the care and production of videos despite Arekkz leaving the channel. On behalf of the the MH community, thank you!
Thank you so much for your kind words and continued support. It means a lot to us. :)

i don't think tokuda saying that wild is not a direct sequel mean that there is absolutely no tie to previous entry. they said the same for World and yet, aiden the ace cadet from 4 was in World, the Freedom unite hunter too and in the first Wild trailer, we definitely saw the ace Lancer.
its just a way to tell new player that they don't need to play previous entry to understand this new one as the story is fully original and standalone but it doesn't mean that reference, easter egg and general lore from previous entry won't be a part of Wild.
(i won't be surprise if Aiden is back in wild too as they made a whole netflix show with him as the hero)
Yea it's just a common marketing strategy to avoid confusion amongst the buyer especially newcomers to the series..
You need to remember that out of all the big franchise in Capcom Monster Hunter is the only one that isn't hard tied to it's predecessor.. As context Capcom heavily leans on making sequels to their games so them saying Wilds is not a direct sequel is just a way to temper expectations in general..
A sequel is something that continues the story from an earlier piece of work. Wilds doesn’t do that. There is no story connection between World or Wilds. Therefore Wilds isn’t a sequel. Much like how Thor 2 isn’t a sequel to Iron Man 1 despite both taking place in the MCU
i think those are just easter eggs kinda, you know like in some children animation where they put adult jokes
@@svdrevolver5109 sure it could be just easter egg but if its really that, its really big and not subtle, sand boat, caravanner jacket, ace lancer and all.
there is a precedent with world that they aren't afraid to use previous entry for character, story and even monster.
so it isn't far fetched to assume they did the same here.
Wait, the Freedom Unite hunter?
Remember guys, switching to your hammer is faster than sharpening
Until you have to sharpen your hammer
@@lucidragon5260you'll get to do it way less anyway, also it's faster and you will probably make the monster to move to another area at the time you need to sharpen both.
This game may finaly get me to use the hunting horn. Because if you have 2 weapons why not buff yourself?
@@yourdad5799 long reach S&S can do most things HH doea and sometimes outsupport the HH, it is stronger but you need items to burn or mushroomancer in your build+mushrooms.
@@carlostejeda4341 I'm never touching S&S and never slotting long reach. So hunting horn it is
according to the French video by JV, you'll be able to toggle between speaking and meowing for the palico ! that's good news
He already mentioned it in the video prior to this.
I played through Dragons dogma DA with annoying pawns constantly talking. I‘ll give palico talking a shot and if I don‘t like it I‘ll disable it. But I will say that in World its possible I sometimes missed the chat messages on the side of screen which had important info e.g. quests. Also having an attitude to be completely against something new before you dont even know how it will be ingame is never a good idea
What’s really encouraging is hearing how enamored hardcore MH fans who saw the showcase in person are. This is going to be something special
Really hoping for a better co-op experience compared to MHW I want to be able to play with friends during the story missions easily.
just give us the rise system and it would be perfect
I'm always impressed how you've continued to go above and beyond improving your content after Arekkz left. Thanks for most of your videos not being click bait, and for me actually coming away with something I didn't know.
Thank you for the very kind words and for sticking with us and watching 😁 Appreciate you!
we will probably get lagi but only a variant that is land locked maybe a mud version or sand. super unfortunate that we don't get underwater combat (hate me if you want but it has great potential, and we could get some super cool new monsters if it was present)
as long as the underwater move speed is the same as on the ground it would be fine
I don't understand people complaining about there not being any New Weapons when they practically revamped every single weapon and added a Focus Mode which adds incredible new moves to EVERY weapon. This is WAY better than getting a New Weapon which only a small portion of the playerbase would end up using anyway.
It will be cool if the magnet spike coms back
Because we wanted a new weapon. How would you feel if you asked for a spoon for your mashed potatoes, and the waiter brought you a napkin and told you to "Just eat with your hands"? It's WAY worse than getting a single new weapon, and it's also lame and lazy. They have the boomerang, just sitting on a shelf somewhere, waiting to be implemented. Cope harder.
@@gaddiusgaddium9082 Horrible analogy. You have the entire table set and you're complaining about not getting a Spork, that's an accurate analogy of the entire situation.
There's already 14 weapons and they're ALL getting expanded upon, SUBSTANTIALLY.
This is, objectively, a better deal than getting a single new weapon and no changes to the existing ones.
@@verde5738 Yeah, I want the spork that I was told was coming to my table multiple times before I ever even knew sporks were a thing. Getting hung up on the analogy doesn't make me any less right, pedro.
thats coz the only mh u played is workd/iceborn, so ofc u dont understand why ppl want new wpn, there are a lot of cool ideas in frontier that they never broight to the west, like the magnet spike
I am very thankful for the information I have received today from you guys
Our pleasure!
I would love to be able to use the lance as a lance on the mount. I think it would be very fun and finally give the lance something unique and cool other then just being a shield.
I was looking for a comment like this :D I'd ok with mounted combat not being the main focus EXCEPT lance. I mean cmon make jousting a thing
It also feels very "Knightly," imagine charging towards an elder dragon on your Seikret with the lance ready
The way that I interpret “except those that are far away” is that there will be some areas that you may have to fly or take a boat to, including special arenas for end game super bosses. I also expect the hub town to be separate.
It sounds like the hub town is in the middle and you can seamlessly head from there any direction into the world seamlessly. This was according to other youtubers but I do believe that some areas will be separate as you said. Airship, boat or perhaps some other mode of transportation.
I know they are mainly building off of World, but I do hope they allow the Gunlance blast dash move from rise. Getting to do rapid bursts forward (or backward) is a lot of fun.
also hoping they keep spinning reaper for the SnS in
Also the Soaring wyvern followup to zero-sum discharge
Also Surge slash combo of the GS from rise
Wishing for Counter Peak Performance for Charge Blade existed in Wild
I swear if they don't keep the gunlance blastdash It Will be a huge downgrade for the weapon class
Gave the Palico a full voice but refuse to give me my beloved Prowler mode… the dream is dashed again.
shouldve been the other way around
there’s always dlc
I love the prowlers, I think they should be permanent in the games
I'm just hoping the voiced Palico and Hunter won't be too annoying.
I'll like it if it isn't too yappy
Prowler was generation gimmick, foret It ahahah
I'd like to know if the mount can be customized like the palico or hunters, really want to change their colors and/or selected features
11:26
Thank you for always updating us! 🤘🏾
I would love to see the charge blade soon. The new game looks crazy
I don't know how they're gonna manage to make CB even cooler, but MAN am I stoked to see it happen.
Even if they just make it exactly the same as Iceborne, I’d still be happy
@@andrex1456there will be a focus mode for every weapon tho. There will also be some heavy damage attacks.
@@andrex1456 Real. Rise splitting up SAED and Savage Axe into separate playstyles really irked me. While CSS had some good changes, the restriction of never leaving axe mode just made it so jarring to use. The flow of Iceborne CB is unmatched
Though I will admit that Advancing Morph and the changes to CES are really nice. CPP can just go into a hole and get buried
@@ascended8174 I mean World also had separate playstyles for Charge Blade. You can't have the same exact skills and you should never SAED while using Savage Axe. If you play SAED spam you could use it but side swings almost never happen. Damage difference would be marginal and probably worse since you shouldn't be doing side swings when you have Artillery anyways.
I need them to make a Boomerang like Songo's from Inuyasha lol A perfect weapon for a game like this!
Underwater combat should stay in the past and long dead where it belongs lol. Prowler mode would be pretty cool though but it's largely redundant now that most of the benefits like tools not breaking is baseline and we can fast travel whenever without consuming far-casters as long as we're not in combat
I agree.
It is cool seeing underwater monsters, and the exploration of water areas is incredibly fun.
But combat is too sluggish. It could be sped up, but it will ALWAYS be better to fight on land.
Not to mention, I dislike how hunters could just breath underwater. It was kind of silly.
As a gunlance main I must know what they gave my beloved GL. Hopefully something spicy and explody
Please elemental shells return I will cope till I'm dead
Let's hope the explosion dash becomes base
Honestly, my only complaint is the player having voice lines. It's a minor complaint, I know, but monster hunter was always the kind of game to me where you play as yourself, not as a character. And having a silent protagonist helps the immersion
Absolutely love the fact that we got at least some new info on the HH. The symphony of HH mains need more to go on. There are dozens of us clamouring for more! Dozens!!!
Man I never got to experience underwater combat cuz I don't have a nintendo, and was so excited for it too...damn
I really hope they add a "Waterborne" DLC update...TBH I think back during the days I played Tri people complained soooo much online about underwater combat to the point where I could see Capcom not wanting to reintroduce it. People apparently hated it because it wasn't as smooth/easy as land combat...which to me was kinda part of the point..ah well. RIP Lagiacrus, Gobul, Plesioth
it kinda just sucked in practice. if they boosted the underwater move speed it wouldve been alright. it just made hunts take so long and wasnt as fun.
You missed out on absolutely nothing. Sluggish and frustrating. Stick to mourning about how you might've missed out on a lot of those vehicle-based/giant fights. Magdaros was absolute ass compared to some of the things you got to do on the DS games, and I'm sure Wilds will bring a few banger examples in.
I played 3 ultimate on a 3ds. I am happy underwater combat hasn’t been a thing since.
@@JaelinBezel Ahh, how could we forget turning on the 3D feature which removed all the anti-aliasing so our hunters were comprised of like 30 harsh, indecipherable pixels... Dude I'm so happy this franchise escaped that handheld. They were so fun but holy crap it was evil.
Not even mad about them not adding any new weapons. Capcom always seems to make new ways to make each weapon feel fresh in every release anyways
I agree.
The weapons cover a wonderful range of playstyles. Any new weapons added would need to play distinct from all the other weapons that exist.
A lot of people want to see spears or polearms added. But if it ends up feeling too similar to the Lance or Insect Glaive, it just won't be worth it.
I think this is why they haven't added fist weapons, despite them existing in a MH MMO - they feel too similar to Dual Blades.
As painful as it is for me personally to hear that underwater combat isn’t coming back, (I still think in the modern day they could have knocked it out of the park) I’m glad you were able to rip the bandaid off and let me not over hype myself haha. It’s still going to be an EPIC game without a doubt!
I have a strong feeling something similar will show up in the expansion
@@CrimsonShadow-1941while I would love it to, I don’t think something so complex as underwater combat could be implemented well in a master rank expansion. Perhaps it’s something they are cooking up for the next portable game but who knows?
To be honest, I don't see how anything in the 'modern day' can alleviate the inherent design problems that come with underwater combat.
1). Moveset/movement inconsistencies - Having your player's entire moveset and movement options switched up for select portions of the game is never not going to be a jarring and unpleasant experience. You can't really avoid this.
2). Orientation - Adding an extra dimension of 'floating' traversal to a game that normally operates across a 2D plane (the ground) is always going to be disorienting for players. You can't really avoid this without essentially building the game around underwater movement from the ground up (think Subnautica).
3). Visibility - Our eyes being aligned horizontally (as opposed to vertically) means we have a wide but short field of view. This is why monitors are created to be used in wide landscape aspect ratios. In video games this means visibility above or below the player is inherently poor. Enemies or their attacks potentially being positioned in those blind spots (due to the extra dimension introduced by underwater combat) becomes a huge issue.
This stuff isn't Monster Hunter exclusive either, it's a problem with video games in general. There's a reason why 'water levels' are almost universally hated in video games, regardless of how many games think they will "get it right this time".
The only way to solve those above issues would be to have movement and movesets remain relatively unchanged from their grounded counterparts, and to have the game operate mostly along a 2D plane (so nothing happening directly above or below the player). At that point you've basically just done grounded combat and have forgone anything that would make it feel 'underwater'.
@@arstulex I can see your points. I don’t 100% agree though. It could be the nostalgia in me since Tri was my first MH game. What I miss most is the added fear of being in the monster’s own element. For instance Lagiacrus to me would only make good sense to bring back if he was given his domain of underwater combat back. Either way it’s a moot point since underwater combat is not coming back. I still wonder about it though; I think the 3D aspect it would bring could be made to work if the hunter was able to move about more freely than in the third generation. I think the point I mostly disagree with is that the underwater moveset is jarring. If done well and if the game was made with both land and underwater combat in mind, the two hunting styles could add a great sense of variety and immersion. I personally would still think it to be fun, but I understand why you may not. Either way fair points in your previous comment!
@@Kyrios2028you didn’t listen to what he said.
I’m excited to see how insect glave will work
I really hope it gets some big changes. Making the kinsect more independent would be amazing and streamlining the extract system could go a long way towards improving the flow.
@@CapnShades yea, and maybe a blocking thing like the great sword, like how it sticks the weapon in the mouth to hold it open
I cannot describe how excited I am for Hunting Horn
Ik people loved the overhaul in RiseBreak but it’s my second favorite weapon in WorldBorne and I wasn’t really a fan of how they changed it
Feel bad for the people who really liked RiseBreaks version, but MAN am i excited
Agreed. The style of Rise is fun , despite the lack of "oomph". What bothered me most with MHR HH though is how stupidly simple and easy it was to use.
@@prinznacho2227 yeahh! It felt like i just kinda pressed whatever buttons. In Iceborne it had so many little moves that were so situational but fun to use. Flicking the joystick down to turn around and then pressing B to swing back and hit the monsters head super high was just so satisfying
I didn't follow the change closely but I only saw complaints about HH's change. Tbf it was from HH mains but I also disliked how drastically they changed a weapon that had such a unique personality. From what I saw the HH in Rise was just dumbed down to a hammer with buffs.
I just hope they change it back, keep the good parts of Rise for their respective weapons and rethink of their strategy with the ones they failed.
I really hope the weapon design and armor will be a lot better than wtf we got in monster hunter world.
finally Hunting horn is going back, even if is a little but thanks god it was painfull on rise that blunt dual blade
Glad to hear that. I liked the new attack animations HH had from Rise, but the mechanics were way too simplified.
I liked too the some new moves, but the thing that made me love HH on World was the sound of every song of every HH , the fact that you had a sempliefied music sheet and you , on rise it was only double input or press 3 attack input and R2
I personally liked risehorn for its more dynamic moves (especially the opening moves). But they totally dropped the ball on song variety and volume yeah. Not to mention the lacking they did in the sound department for every individual horn
I main lance so I hope they make weapon showcases, I'm curious for what changes they'd do to Lance
Jousting MUST be a thing otherwise we riot :D
My reaction to the first few seconds was "Who the fuck is paradise?" proceeded by reading the comments and seeing Arekkz left. Still good too see I can come here for my Monster hunter news still.
The game has a giant frog monster, that's literally all I needed to know. But the other stuff sounds cool, too.
Lagiacrus fans in the mud
What I really want to know is how skills and decorations will work with weapon switching, cause different weapons often want very different skills. If you could bring out 2 full sets that would make sense, but it looks like only the weapon is changing, at least from what we've seen so far.
I think swapping whole armor sets in the field would be a bit much. Seems like a fair trade-off that bringing two different weapons will mean making compromises in your skills.
The way it'll prolly work is that the decos will just..stay on the weapon, because weapons often have different level deco slots, soooooo yeah, just inferring.
Where my great sword Hunter at?
Bro you got the GS in two of two trailers relax
@@Dahomie1021I ment where are the people that play GS

Thank you so much for all of the info gathering and compiling everything for us! It means a lot that you guys put this much effort into these videos. I'm looking forward to all of the content in the future.
This looks alot better to me then world. I really hope its gonna be great.
Lagiacrus without underwater combat is not an enjoyable fight. underwayer combat needs to return and everyone whose against it should shut it. not my fault you suck. I started at tri and underwater combat with a controller on the wii worked fine even if the camera was wonky. you DS gamers shouldnt whine.
OMG YES HUNTING HORN IS BACK TO WORLD LIKE!!!!
God that ride stupid decision to make the hunting horn another hammer, the hammer didn’t need a twin
The complexity of cuing song and strategically buffing your team went out the window with rise
I'm seeing this sentiment a lot, but Rise made HH actually playable far as I can tell? It went from THE least played and least favorite weapon to at least middle of the road in Rise.
@@mythicalthings1796In the beginning of Rise's lifecycle it did see a lot more popularity but it ended up dropping back down in popularity later since it was effectively just a worse hammer in rise with some minor buffs on top
Though I haven't seen any weapon popularity polls lately.
Hunting horn has always been playable. And the complexity has always been a core part of the weapon that made it different from hammer. So if they take away the complexity. They take away it's identity.
So stoked to be an ultimate beyblade when I run quadrual blades instead of a second, different weapon
I feel like the lance should actually be the only weapon that supports full mounted combat.
Regular bow, light bowgun, and gunlance could all also work well
Curious as to why you guys were overlooked considering all the channel has done for the MH community. 🤔
Pretty sure you've been invited to past events.
My theory is that the palico throws the other weapon to you if you're somewhat close to the Siekret, since the trailer shows a greatsword being thrown to the hunter (and the hunter probably throws the current weapon back to the palico?)
LS mains still winning all the time 😊
To change weapons you have to be mounted on the bird.
not thor magala George ! he based off Steve's Skeleton and he produces lightning so call him George
Why are we still calling the current gen...that has been current for 4 years now...next gen? 😊
Man I'm just hoping CB doesn't get gutted this time around. The SAED hitbox in Rise/Sunbreak is laughable compared to World.
As cool as Axe Hopper has been in Rise, I'd gladly trade that away to get back World's phial hitboxes.
Also part of me really hopes they keep the Axe -> Sword switch animation that has the guard point at the start. It's a small thing but it's something that I really enjoyed in Rise. It made using axe mode's sluggish movement actually tolerable since you had a way to switch back to sword mode in a pinch.
I mean this game is made by the A team and not the B team. They actually know how to make the CB feel good to play, so I have hope
They gotta give us the demo on steam alreadyyyyyyyyyyy. preferably with co-op enabled.
I like the field trip feels of final fantasy 15. I hope wild can capture that.
Been watching every video about these closed demo and it's 3am here lol
6:00 yeah we have been appreciating the depth of the 14 weapons... FOR THE LAST 11 YEARS!!!!!!!!!!
There are so many scraped ideas of weapons, or the one from another game that the community been begging for their return.
Fingers crossed in the next game probably in 4 years, GOD DAMNIT. we finally get the 15 weapons
bring back magnet spike and tonfas!
Oh no. My hope for the tonfas. I really want to see something new just to have a new style to brandish.
Don’t need to fix what isn’t broken.
A new weapon would be sick but I wouldn't say the franchise desperately needs it. 14 weapons is a good amount and most general playstyles have an option. Plus we're getting new moves and changes so it's not like they won't have any freshness to them. Having said that, I'd love gauntlets but I'd even take the tonfa from past titles.
@@raven_knight_076just the tonfas. We don't speak of the demon that is magnet spikes
Its not like we havent had a new weapon in 11 years or something 😒
It’s an “open world”with travel restrictions like dragons dogma 2 it seems. More or less what I expected.
World was phenomenal, however they NEED to fix co-op as that was easily the worst part of World.
I agree. Rise did a pretty good job, so I'm remaining hopeful with Wilds.
Pretty sure capcom will again grace LS users with everything and leave me and the other 9 lance lovers with nothing special. 😂
Tbf, LS has always been anime af.
It would be cool to have 2 ammos in slinger, switch between them.
I just wanna know if gunlance has blast dash 😭😭😭
DOOT DOOT! (as long as its not that travesty that was rise) that hope they do charge blade well.
I wish it was August and 2025 already!! I'm so excited and hype man. I can't wait anymore lol 😩😣😫
Another important question needs to be answered. Wil we be getting all the weapons of monsters with their own unique looks.
As much as i **tolerated** some of the slap on monster parts on base weapons in both world and rise, every monster in the series needs their own unique looking weapons.
So is cross-play possible?
That's been confirmed on Twitter yes
Maaaaan they already have my money, im just waiting to see trailers with some new monsters and other weapon gameplay (Insect Glaive)
1.5 and youre still talking slow af
The last weapon swapping upgrade in game should be teaching your seikret how to swing or shoot your stored weapon 😂
hype level too high... this is torture!
I hope the big reworks for the bowguns doesn’t mean full on auto aim, with focus mode having the manual aim for special attacks like the one in the trailer.
Weapon switching would have been great for alatreon
I call him Zeus Magala
Laggy-acrus?? 😭 You make it sound like Lagiacrus is a monster that just lags out the game as its attack style😅
THANK GOD
NO UNDERWATER FIGHTS
I DO NOT WANT THAT!!!
I have no clue why people want that it was artrocious
The key here is that it *was* as in the hardware at the time couldn't handle it. Was too clunky even for the time & thats all only because of the system they built it on back then. All the old fights are actually kind of not great compared to today (though memorable nonetheless).
Nowadays though you can knock that out of the park easily. Look at how many action RPG games have done it successfully to see why people want it back.
Better engine = better control power for the player = able to pull of feats like underwater combat.
@@themuffinprincesa21 ... Okay, name these action RPGs with underwater combat. See if their quality counters the argument that maybe designing 14 entire new underwater weapon movesets for what's likely less than five underwater monsters is a completely irresponsible waste of development time for content a majority of players will still prefer avoiding.
I’m so sad they didn’t implement underwater combat. I started in Tri, and I miss the underwater roaming and calming music. It was such a fun pass time, but also a thrilling area to hunt in. Wilds would have been a great place to bring it back in and possibly perfect it to its true potential.
Underwater combat evolved into aerial combat. Underwater combat has not met its full potential, but vertical combat has.
That said, the Insect Glaive would simply not work under water. And considering how much more movement is added to weapon attacks, there would be a risk of people just "flying" under water. That would be a bit too immersion breaking.
U guys doing gods work. I wanna know so much but also don't bc i wanna experience it hands-on... the dichotomy of gaming baha
I really hope focus mode isn't anything like special mode from Tekken 8 where it's just a thing you can have on constantly to make the game easier. I hope there's some draw back to focus mode so its more like a special move than an easy mode
So no new weapon but somehow 14 new ones

I'LL BE ABLE TO PLAY THE GAME AFTER LOBOTOMYSING MYSELF BECAUSE OF MY GENERAL DISCUST FOR HUMAN STUPIDITY HYPEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I just cant watch this because the hype I feel for this game is literally unbearable. I never had that happen before
man we really need underwater combat to make its triumphant return
Here's why we probably won't see underwater combat anymore:
When making MH3, the developers felt underwater combat would add a new dimension to combat. Unfortunate, underwater combat was sluggish and clunky.
The developers loved the idea of added verticality though, so they introduced quickly scaleable walls, combat near ledges, areal attacks, and the Insect Glaive in MH4.
It's been years - someone else will need to dig up the source.
We can see developers keeping up the trend of verticality with hook shots and wirebugs.
The reason we may not see underwater combat again is simply because it's easier and more worthwhile to focus on new forms of accessing verticality.
Developers COULD change their minds. Their philosophy on hunting zones have changed after all. But, I wouldn't hold my breath.
05:36 They do have a *lot* of weapons already. Hm... what else is there?
....
Polearm. You got your warscythe, halberd, spear... often very flexible weapons with reach to them. Give them two modes - one with more sweeping and one with more stabbing. Stabbing makes it easier not to hit nearby players, sweeping can hit multiple targets or multiple body parts. Scythes can specialize in slicing.
Have to make sure you don't just make another longsword of course, and to keep it balanced. Spears if realistic can easily outclass other weapons as I understand it
It could be like something in-between lance and longsword. Also an excuse to add impractical but cool-looking anime/reaper/farming scythes to the game lol
A question I haven’t seen asked is, why do the characters during gameplay look like they are wearing final fantasy style clothing instead of primitive armor/clothing.
If they are planning to try to set up a “modern” scenario, that will be extremely damaging to the immersion.
Monster Hunter is a franchise in which “primitive” establishments are trying to survive by repelling and hunting huge monsters to survive.
Should the world be as civilized and as advanced as the videos show, surely they’d have more modern ways to defend themselves, hence, we aren’t playing Monster Hunter anymore…
The return of some form of water combat was such a hype thing people were hoping for though
Why? I swear it's only a mixture between nostalgia and people who hadn't played Tri/3U romanticising what it must've been like. It was a sluggish mess, and if readapted, would've just required obscene amounts of development time into inventing whole new movesets for each and every weapon to make it feel even remotely satisfying, for only a handful of monsters. This fanbase can get real delusional sometimes, jeez.
@@TheOneMagpie you can make your question, case, and opinion without insulting someone calling them delusional.
First of all water do Ah t was ahead of its time held back by the tech of its time. A lot of us believe that water combat can be done much better this time around.
The general concept of fighting water-born monsters is also always been a beloved idea to us as well instead of land locked water monsters or another mud monster.
We aren’t delusional, they absolutely could put the time and effort into implementing a better water combat system with enough time and effort.
What we are is instead *Hopeful* but contrary to popular opinion, we are fine without it if they didn’t put it in. I’m just glad that the leviathans will be in it, water or not.
Next time try ti be nicer to someone, because everyone is passionate about something including you. And I doubt you’d like it if I went to your favorite game series that you’re super stoked about another release and me shitting on you for it. It’s immature
underwater combat was the absolute worst, thank Gawd it's not back
3:03 DD2 was awesome, yall are just mad that Elder Scrolls 6 isn't out yet. What capcom did in the e-shop has nothing to do with what the core dev team created.
8:41 that would be lame. They have a boomerang that can be implemented. They were going to give us magic in MH1. We want new weapons or new gameplay features that don't trivialize the game. (That means no battle mounts or wirebugs.) If you're gonna compare to Elden Ring, I encourage you to enjoy the challenge.
Hopefully underwater never returns. The opposite of dynamic combat and frenetic which looks like the thing they'll go with in the future and I'm glad.

To be fair....... Given MH's context and theme... what "new weapon" are we missing? Lol.
heh.... most likely will be rocking the hunting horn with dualblades and if weapon swapping mid battle is possible... i could buff myself with the horn and go to town with the dualblades :D
Recently did a fresh playthrough of MHW. I was surprised how short the base game is compared to what I remember. Like it ended way before I expected it to. I hope Wilds has a ton to do and a decent endgame to tie us over to the expansion.
NO MATTER WHAT NOTHIN' IS BETTER THAN MONSTER HUNTER WORLD ICEBORNE ❄️
I just hope the kinsect becomes a core part of insect glaive again unlike Rise. I liked having to upgrade kinsects instead of just buying what I need. Having an option for them to not leave dust is okay for those who want difficulty but it feels boring to me. I just want more skill-expression tbh and for our bug to shine! I don't want it to just be a decoration.
