They got me in the room ready to go and the nurse asked if I minded some interns watching, I looked back and there was one guy and about ten young ladies, none could've been over about twenty two. Now I was already all positioned and I just looked at the nurse and said, "is it ok if I close my eyes, just so they don't get imbarresed ?" When they were done and I was in recovery, nurse was shaking me and same process you had with same results. I said I was sorry, she said " oh don't be, you gotta get all that out". Wife was sitting there and looked nurse and said " oh Lord, don't tell him it's ok to do that". So, I went ahead and made me and the nurses happy !!!

I chose pineapple flavor rather than plain. I drank that gallon, no problem! I was awake for the process and could watch on the monitor what the camera revealed. no problem. The prep was the worst part.
Mine had to set an all-time record for volume and tonal quality for me. Shame those weren't around when my little brother and I shared a room or when I presented my ex-wife with a Dutch Oven.
Lol! I'm having one in two days, so perfect time to happen upon this! I have some good news for you, though. Now they have you take two sets of pills at 6 PM, and 2AM. They have the laxative in them. You still have drink as much liquid, but now it's just plain water. The pills do the work. So at least what you have to drink, now, doesn't taste nasty! 😉
Had to visit the doc for a check ,,,,,,first timer ,, left my finger nails in the plaster wall ,, and he never even told me he loved me ,, the guy had known me all my life
That's like the time I went to the doctor for a DOT physical and he put his glove on and said bend over that desk, he ramed something up my butt and said cough, I tried to cough and couldn't, he said you have got to cough, I said hell you have got to take some of that out of me so I can catch my breath, to this day I still don't believe a man has got a finger that big.
A colonoscopy is when a giant worm is inserted going from one end out of the other looking for polyps to eat. The best part of the deal, the analgesics used before the procedure takes all day to wear off. No need to get smoked up and drink beer until ya throw up, without ever leaving the home. Sometimes, the TV even looked like it was sideways.
That poop test isn't going to find polyps or cancer. All that test does is look for blood in your stool. If there is none, they say you are okay. You could still have cancerous polyps or prostate issues.

Went to the local “endoscopy” clinic for mine.
Never did get a straight answer as to why they don’t call it a “rear-endoscopy” clinic. 😊
