I love playing these songs for people on my guitar. Always gets people laughing and having a good time. God Bless y'all. From the Williams family in Fairborn Ohio.
I remember a neighbor cat getting his tail on my grandfather's electric fence once when I was a kid. It let out a huge "meow" and ran about a 100mph back home.
this is the real music , not the crap the play now days,, i built a house boat kind of like that 60 yrs ago miss those days for sure, thank to these guys we still see real humans on this planet..
Some electric fences have these little porcelain “spools” in the wire and I figured out you could grab these things and not get shocked. I was showing off for an acquaintance when I was younger and grabbed hold of one of these things and ended up grabbing more than I had intended. I’ve never been in the military but at that moment I was standing at the perfect example of “attention!”.
Love it i seen a video on TH-cam about a dog getting shocked by a fence and a mule sounded like he was laughing don't mess with the electric fence zap ⚡
I felt like I was listening to the intro to the Beverly Hillbillies show, which I’ve loved since a child! I really appreciate the hard work and wholesomeness to your songs!
A electric fence, when it's good, it's very, very good, but when it's bad it's very, very bad. In other words if it's working right it's good, but if it's shorted out you will look for days and days to find the short. Greeting from Northeast Tennessee. 😷
I can understand it's something like 240 or 340 views and 106 subscribers and not one like same thing on the first video of them that I just watched so going to like this one too
Electric fence cured my grandmothers arthritis in her left shoulder. True story. Throwing food across that old fence and got a little two close. Zapped her a good one. Few minutes later all pain subsided. She complained that her knees were a hurting her. I told her to go back to that old electric fence. She wouldnt do it. Would rather have pain than a good ol zap. Lol. If I have pain in joints I go to a patch of nettles. It works, folks. Country remedies are better than doctors anyday.
you know this is what playing music and having fun with it is all about, i just started playing banjo still working the rolls and different techniques not really that good yet do you have tab to the banjo part ? id love to learn it
He is just playing basic rolls along with the song melody. Probably same alternating roll and just changing chords with the song. Just hum the tune and do some of the rolls you have learned and swap chords with the key change. There really isn't tab for just playing along with a melody as he doesn't do a lead break. I started playing when I was 13. First song was cripple creek and then Cumberland gap. It's LOTS of practice. For some reason when I got half decent at playing I got more interested in playing my guitar and haven't touched the banjo in years. Good luck with your journey!!
I remember the before, during and after the incident of peeing on a unmarked electric fffffafafafence. Tweren't funny neither ! Great song and Music Guys ! All My Best !
Every now and then, TH-cam puts a gem in the recommendations. 👍
Good times, good music and good people. God bless America.

Getting hooked up to one of them electric fencers will definitely light up your life. that was fifty years ago and my hair still won't comb down.

When I was about 7 years old I learned the hard way why you don't take a whizz on an electric fence. Great song.

I want to live in a world where this is a top 40 hit and no-one has heard of Taylor Swift.
Seconded, Cheers from Canada.
I really appreciate this kind of music being an old country boy myself.
Don't take a leak on an electric fence! If my kid brother was still alive, he would tell what that experience was like!

That modern stuff can't really be called country music anymore. It's all about mom, getting drunk, trucks, railroad trains, dogs, rain. And repeat.
Just got home from work and opened this random song. Pretty glad I did.
That is one funny song. You guys are awesome. Your song should be playing on every radio station in America. Yeee Haaaw.

I’ve had cattle, horses, goats and lots more. I’ve got more electric fence stories than you got fingers and toes. They all end with a piercing yell. 😂
