Great van! If I was younger and single I would live in it and shower a my local gym everyday and give a portion of my monthly savings to charity every month. Great job guys!

Thank you for watching! We can't lower the height of the bed because it sits on top of the electrical cabinet which is on top of the wheel well. With the passenger side bench seat it is pretty easy to climb into bed
Only have had 4x4 pickups but wondering why 3/4” plywood. Sound proofing , mounting things, ease of construction, weight or something else. Very nice setup, USB-C is a winner. Considering one of the RinceKit things, Thanks
@@Flash1857 The plywood is easy to screw in to and is relatively light weight so you're not adding a ton of weight to the van chassis. The RinseKit is definitely awesome!
I like the van but I wonder how one can sleep with their head on the pillows if the pillow is half way in the nook. It looks like one would risk to hit their head on the upper corner of the nook.
There seems to be a problem with the height of the bed for older clientele that most of you and you seem to have forgotten. WE CANT CLIMB UP ONTO THOSE HIGH BEDS! Listen to your retired and older customers please!

We can, but the electrical system in the Basecamper is quite a bit more robust.

Is a roof deck like this possible on your 159 highline build while still having solar panels or AC?
It's possible, but you don't get as much space with AC. We're working on a way to have the whole area above the panels be walk-able.
Does the platform under the seats have to be open for storage or can it be a drawer?
We considered making it a drawer but believe it or not it would have cut the usable storage space in half because of various constraints.

It is a removable third seat to safely transport a third person.

I sleep great in there! The mattress touches both the headboard and the footboard so your pillow will never fall in the nook.
