Finally! European sensibilities in a van available in the US. It’s insane how most North American RV and van builders ignore the established, logical design formats the Europeans have for small RV’s. I am extremely interested in this product.

I completely agree with this comment. Especially because there have been people that work from vans doing high paying traveling jobs for years.
I know this is random, but I love that the stovetop is near the door as a person who loves to cook. It's not only easy ventilation but also a great safety idea. In case you have to toss what's inside due to a fire or something.
The layout is nice in this RV build and it makes a lot more sense. As one thing I hate in these van builds is the kitchen is just beside the bed. As a person who like to cook there will be spillage no matter how careful you are when cooking so it's really nice to see builds like these one as there's a barrier between the kitchen and the bed and it's so much better that the stove is besides the door.

This is what the RV industry needs in the U.S. An outside company that is going to make all the American RV manufacturers have to step up their build quality and improve their poor customer service. We need more of this, aesthetically pleasing, any plans to make class C's?

A beautiful build but please offer twin beds in back so the aisle can be used during the day. Space is the one thing we all need for bikes or a scooter, hauling furniture, taking a donkey along for a ride, etc.

Can the center part of the bed frame be removed for hauling large items? It looks like it can be from the photos i've seen and this video. This van will check all the boxes if the center part can be removed. Great job!!!

Can the van stand below freezing temperature? How does it handle variations in altitude?
The van can handle freezing temperatures. The Rixen Hydronic unit we install has an operating temperature of -40 to +140. Rixen shows a testing altitude of 11,000 ft.

is it possible to invert the black out window and bug screen? i think it would be better if the black out is pulled up from the bottom for more adjustable privacy and the bug screen pulled down from the top... like in euro spec vans...

All of our models are FWD only since they are built on Ram ProMaster Chassis. This model we may have some current builds available already so we recommend reaching out to our team on timelines! And then our taller Noovo Plus is available for pre-order with production starting in September.

Looking at the models available here looks to be well over $100,000 Can. Funds.
We build only for customers based in US (delivery available to all US states), so we are not familiar with Canadian costs. Great question though!

I love this build, but where is the tv?
Currently the Noovo Lite does not come standard with a TV but we can easily add this as a one-off customization, or some customers prefer a projector set up!

Hey Elsa! We do work with artists/creators/influencers in exchange for specific short term travel opportunities but do not do full trades (as in gift vans) at this time.
Lovely interior, but why only a 1 year warranty? Many other Class B manufacturers are offering at least 3 years, or even 5 years such as Panoramic and Pleasureway on their build. If you stand by the quality of your build, then why no provide a longer warranty? A one year just doesn’t inspire confidence with customers.
Thank you for the love and great question! We do offer a warranty extension for customers wanting a little more peace of mind (up to 3 years total) and the vehicle itself comes with a 3 year warranty with RAM so we rarely have customers who experience issues and are not covered. That being said, we work very hard to make sure our community is taken care of and are always happy to work with our owners outside their warranty on a case by case basis! We'd love to share more if you have any more warranty specific questions.
Where is the socket/ outlet to plug the television into? Where is the TV.
Good question! Depending on where you would be interested in putting a TV, there are outlets hidden throughout the van. The noovo lite does not come "standard" with a TV but if this was a feature you would be interested in adding, definitely reach out to the team directly.

Is this piece designed to be driven? It looks ridiculously heavy.
We use only super light materials; in fact, our vans are lighter than most of the big manufacturers.

Can I get a pop top with a lift bed? I want to take my fat tire ebike and not have the bike outside exposed.
Right now we are only offering the lift bed design in the Noovo Plus but reach out to our team about options for Ebikes and more...We are always happy to chat!
Do you have screens for the sliding door?
Yes! The noovo lite features bug screen doors on both the sliding door and the back door area of the van.

I really don't understand how this is High Roof? This is the medium size. The high roof is almost 2,20 m inside, and 2,8 m full. The medium size is 1,95 m inside, and 2,5 m full. Talking about the hight, not how long is it.
The highest *currently* available high roof model in the US of the Ram ProMaster Chassis has an interior height of 187cm after the flooring is put in. It also is good to note that Paul (in the video) is quite tall!
I would buy that one without a doubt if I could afford it, but I cant 😢
