I really did feel the effectiveness of this workout right away. I am 55, and I had a hernia surgery about a year and a half ago. These workout did challenge me, but it didn't hurt... MUCH (well, maybe a little) but it was a good hurt and I enjoyed it! Thank you sir.

One of the best coaches out there for above 40 age training. I love his videos that are easy to follow along but forces you to work at it Unlike like some of the other videos that only focus on bodybuilding and are very difficult. Good job and keep it up.

This are the most exercises that I do in gym. Great explanation, specially for the lower back position when you do abs. Mostly, people dont think about that part, which is very important.

Very inspiring, insightful, I'm definitely standing 10 toes down on this,42yrs old changed my eating habits, I cut sugar, meat,all raw vegetables and fruits plus intermediate fasting... love this workout 💪🏿💪🏿💪🏿💪🏿👏🏿👏🏿
I’m a month and 1/2 from 62 and significantly overweight. I’ve been lifting weights but not working my abs. This killed me! I could not do all of the exercises completely. I plan on doing this twice a week to build myself up. Hopefully it will be better. Thanks for posting.
I always look for new ab routines for which you don't need to be an olympic gymnast. I like this guy because he's accessible, and helpful.... he tells you to watch your lower back. Sometimes you (me) just want to cheat to do 2 more reps and you lift the lower back or crank the neck up. It hurts after a while and I eat a couple of advil at night to sleep better. Now I'll just plaster my lowerback to the ground. Good reminder from a good coach. Thank U. Stay safe in these crazy times.
Peace, I think people like this brother so much because you seem very genuine. Even when view look at his body he does look what I would have to say pretty regular. I think that kind of makes people feel like they can go ahead and join in with him, they probably feel they can relate to him in do this with him more than some of those who look like they've been definitely doing it for hella gears and their bodies are all ripped up and everything, people probably feel like they can't keep up with those people would that's what they want to compare themselves to when they look at the screen. I'm glad so many people are liking his stuff, this is my first time watching, and that's all I was scrolling through the comments, I see that it's pretty much across-the-board from what I read that people feel display. People feel the ingenuity oh, and that is great. Let's get better in every way. Peace

I know this guy doesn’t ever respond to comments. But @ 58 years old it feels great to have my hip flexors stretched out with this. My Abs also get a work out with these exercises.

These are the best work out videos Ive seen. Short, to the point, accesible, upbeat, inspirational, and great exercise! I totally agree with the comments above of Walter Quito. I generally quite lazy but I just see these videos and get up and do them. I personally enjoy following what are you doing since you have great tips to check on doing it right and on what you should and shouldnt be feeling while doing them. Keep up the great work! By the way, I never comment on TH-cam videos so the fact that I wrote all this stuff really means you got me motivated.
