Great video very simple and explained every step. I just got the foodie and am always looking for recipes and videos on here so I appreciate the easy video showing ALL times and which settings to use.
Impressed you use Cutco (American Made) utensils! Luv my Foodi - I appreciate the tip of using slow cook, then hit it with pressure cooking to infuse flavors at the end. looked delicious
You slow cooked on high for 2 hours then switched to low. I will be at work. Do you think if I slow cook on low for maybe 10 hrs it'll be do the same? Then pressure cook when I get home for 10 - 15 mnts. Also, in my crock pot I used a small can of cream of celery soup on my roast with vegies. Is this ok to do in the ninja foodi on slow cook feature?
Maybe I missed something but you had it set for 4 hours. Then in 2 hours you switched from High to Low. Then before you switched to pressure you said total time at that stage was 8 hours. I'm confused at the end of the original 4 hours did you add another 4 hours? There are 4 hours unaccountable in your narrative.
high 2 hours (he put 4 hours, but i remember in another video he says he sets it for a longer time because he doesn't want it to turn off....so that's why he set a kitchen timer instead and did not go by the timer on the ninja). then the remaining time on low. Then towards the end, 15 min pressure on high, and lastly 15 min natural pressure release. that was my interpretation, hope it helped!
Great Video and so easy to do thank you mate.
Very helpful
Glad it helped! Thanks for watching

Love all your pampered chef items
I love my Foodi. I'm surprised your potatoes didn't turn to mush but the whole meal looked delicious! Thanks for the video.
Soft but not mushy. For us they were just right..Thanks for watching!
Love all those vegetables in my roasts too.
I am still learning how to use mine... I am slow cooking my pot roast on high for 4 hours... hopefully it works with potatoes and carrots
What was the seasoning you put on the roast?
