Hello Dan. I know you like a medium cooked steak pal but believe me the more you cook it the tougher it gets. I like my steak so rare that a good vet could get it back on its feet. Most tenderest juicy steak you'll ever eat. Anyway each to their own liking. Can't get enough of your channel. Well done mate.
Your videos are very interesting and I thank you for producing them so that I can remember happy days. Its been years since my late husband and I went what they called "glamping" My husband spent a couple of years in New Guinea and wanted nothing to do with roughing it. Anyway, I enjoy your adventures

Just bought a Star&River 2 myself & yes the wind this year is horrendous. Like your's, my test was awesome but I also used 14inch pegs where I was on a 40 foot bluff.

Binge watching your vids AGAIN Dan! I'm meant to be seeing in the new year with some friends doing a camp in my local "Pentland Hills" in Edinburgh, the view over the city while the fire works go off from the city centre street party & local housing estates will actually be pretty special, I'm hoping to get a real good video of it! I too like my steak cooked through so well done Dan that looked delicious. I am no cooking expert but if you add a spoonful of veg oil to the butter it stops it burning but you still get the lovely butter taste.
Dan, you do you, anybody that doesn't like it can stuff off. 8.5 to 9 on the sizzle. I have trouble with wind too mate, once it's all out though it's fine, apart from the smell 😂. Yes I always watch till the end 😃.

Just because some people cannot afford to buy expensive meat, does NOT mean that others cannot buy theeat and say how much you paid for it. There will ALWAYS be Karen's amongst you viewers. If anyone doesn't like what you are showing in YOUR videos, they can go and watch a different channel, simple as that. I love everything you cook and the fact, you tell us the price you paid and where you bought it from. Don't change a thing, your videos are entertaining and funny. They keep me going. my oex 900 does the same keep waking up covered in feathers. have used it for pretty much very camp though, maybe it will be its last winter. nice video mate like the tent

I have the same set up except I use a down quilt. I sleep so good in my Nature Hike with that air mattress. I use a close cell yoga mat under my mattress.

Don't you worry about telling us what you spend on food, you're right we do like to know. I thought maybe you'd like to know that the asda sirloin steak is lush, 2 for £8 atm I think for 8oz each and they, in my opinion taste so damn good. Try them to see if they meet your expectations. Nice tent though and great video.....again haha 😄 Ps. This is a tip not a criticism, add a little oil to your butter to stop the butter from burning and add garlic 1 minute from when your steak is done, stops the burning and horrible flavour garlic gives when burnt. Hope my tip helped, as I said just a tip. Steak still looked yummy 😋

Another great camp Sir I just got in from an overnight in the woods was 50 degrees fernhight yesterday at sundown and 26 degrees with 30 mph winds. Here in the Southern US that is cold 🥶. Love your adventures and what you bring to the table. Keep up the great videos.

Great video again mate ,just a couple of things, the reflective tape on the tent, could be a safety thing, up in the mountains, have an accident mountain rescue can see your tent at night. The other thing, why not have an R.T.G bag ( rewady to go ) bag. once you have washed up your eating utensils put them straight into your bag ready for next time. Looking forward to your next video.

Yes - a bit OTT with the name tag - my opinion is that I don't mind advertising if I'm getting a discount or being paid for it, but I have the same problem with my Eurohike, as you say it is what it is. Kettle is not for me but looks good - would be nice when i use my trailer maybe. Don't get me started on hunters who do so for "sport" or for dog walkers who can't control their pets. (I have no problem with folk who hunt to eat which is not needed in our countries). Yes the light is coming back and the sun's out today after the storm last night. Serves 1 Dan/EWM - lol.
I appreciate what you say about the reflective strip being to bright for stealth in the woods, just take some electrical tape and cover it up. A tip if your cooking with butter, use a little oil as well it helps stop the butter burning. Love your vids EW keep them coming man!
Great video as always mate ... I have a naturehike Nebula 2 that I love and a Opulus 3 which is amazing for the money and weight ... for the price point and choice then Naturehike are hard to beat. Jealous of the private woodland permisions as I would'nt know where to start asking even? Your adventures and laid back approach is great ... even like how you refer to 'deer' and 'deers' even though its just deer no matter how many LOL ... always be yourself mate as I am sure you will do.
One of the best parts of camping is how you deal with little problems that come up, like not having a spoon. Do you go without.? Or do you carve one from a bit of wood. I have made a spatula meny times. It's all how you make things work.

Naturehike are really making a great product and decent prices too. Cloud up2 and cloud peak2 look great tents too.

One of the best parts of camping is how you deal with little problems that come up, like not having a spoon. Do you go without.? Or do you carve one from a bit of wood. I have made a spatula meny times. It's all how you make things work.
