Dang, just finished dethaching the old way, 😢 good ole rake, 1st round of tenacity K.O lots of weeds, got the 60/40 soil/mix to fill ruts, but been heavy rain past couple of days. Then will have couple days no rain and will start seeding. Going to be a super tight window. 💪
I have the same pressure washer and a nice trick is to loop a zip tie inside the handle/trigger loose enough where you can engage and disengage the trigger. It holds it for you so it doesn’t wear the hand muscles out. Give it a try if it bothers you, it did for me!
I had an electric pressure washer too and it died on me mid wash as well 🤬 so I invested in a gas powered washer and the difference was night and day! You will be amazed at the difference! 🤙
Gas on everything is way to go! No electric ever for me yuck!

Always keep an eye out at home depot, they sometimes have refurbished equipment for a large discount. I got a ryobi 3500psi gas pressure washer marked down from $400 to $200. And at the time I purchased it, the manager cut the $200 in half!!!. That was a happy day... I also got a great deal from lowes for a snow blower in that same fashion..remember keep your 👀 open

My new front lawn has just germinated and I'm so excited the seed anxiety has plummeted after 2 long weeks. Pressure wash is my next job and to make it worse van has leaked oil on the driveway. First season with a decent front lawn so need to have it all looking it best. 😁

Check to see if gfci on the plug of the pressure washer has tripped. I've had issues before with them tripping randomly if plugged into a 15amp outlet with an extension cord.

After pressure washing Wet and forget in a pump sprayer followed by a hose rinse. I cannot remember when was the last time I used the pressure washer following it. Now it is just used to wash the truck and cars.

Love your content my guy, I had the same ryobi , great for washing cars but not much else, turbo nozzles work well but yours didn’t appear to be spinning. On a side note if you do upgrade to gas verify that you have enough water pressure/ flow gpm coming from the water spout ,I noticed in some of your vid’s your stream seems kinda weak , more powerful units require more gpm or you will damage the pump , great video 😎
Hey Brah...great content. My yard if full of moss and it's driving me crazy. This summer is my summer to get it in check. Before I grade down to the dirt I decided to toss some chemicals on it. I have a well so I get a bit nervous to drop too much on the lawn. I got the Sulfate and Iron-ite pellets. I dethatched it and then put them both down. Any other suggestions or should I have done something different?
Last season I got the Lesco/Ryan Knorr elite PRG. But I'm in Kirkland and was wondering what others in this area use. Now I've heard enough Seattle references in your vids that I'm assuming you're local to the sound area, so I splurged on 25lbs of fireball/hatrick to overseed with 🥹 Going to do a 50/50 soil/sand leveling in the fall so I'm excited to get this new seed down

I had that exact same pressure washer. Not an hour into using it the wand was falling apart and the power wash tip wouldn’t spin. Returned 2 in the same weekend because of issues.

I plan on cutting short, dethatching & overseeding my lawn first week of September with Tall fescue. As of right now my lawn is balding on certain spots, mossy on certain spots, & it seems like my soil might be clay’ish ‘hard & dry’
What would you recommend I start doing now to prepare for September ?
I was thinking throwing down some Lime.
Mix 3 parts water one part bleach ...pre treat the concrete let it sit 15 minutes then wash after you wash rinse it good and post treat it with the same mixture it will make it easier to clean it will eliminate striping and will stay cleaner longer...shouldnt hurt the grass either

I recommend an 3000 psi pressure cooker washer
Get the predator 4400 psi 4.2 GPM, plenty of power for washing pavements, concrete etc, good enough for a start up business too so should last a long time when used residentially. not good for cleaning cars though, electric for cars, get an AVA for washing cars

Check out the Ego pressure washer. It’s supposed to be awesome. And since you already have plenty of batteries is quite a bit cheaper

Buy a Simpson pressure washer and BE brand surface cleaner
Pressure washing is great fun but if you're doing it far away from outlets and your tap the hauling of hoses, extensions leads and cables is pretty annoying. Add in the safety equipment and waterproofs and its very time consuming.

Electric power washers have a "limited" run time. Their motors only last so many hours.
