keep it up bro, looks good! and decent price! I'm in Florida as well and its rough here. Next time skip the Zep and use SH prom a pool store, much cheaper and you can cut it with water and stretch it further! or get a DS injector and pull the SH straight from the 2.5g jug!
Nice... or just go straight to hypochlorous acid (which is non-toxic no fumes and works like bleach). I make my own for cheap and been using it to remove rust, mildrew, etc from our aluminum siding at home.

Good job young buck. Nothing like being your own boss. Quick question: Have you moved up to a downstream injector? I believe you will save time and money. Good luck my man.
thanks i appreciate that ! I do but i didn't want to dilute the chemical. Downstream injectors are definitely a time saver for sure. thanks for the comment.
Good job. I'm researching this business idea, but no way I would ever do this much work (3 hours) for $125! I'm going to need at least that much for every hour I work. Especially considering you are using all of your own supplies, equipment, vehicle and gas.
125 per hour is about right for any contracted manual labor job. You forgot to mention health insurance for yourself, business insurance, and taxes. Nobody is charging 125 for this. The only way to get away with 125 is to pay an employee 15 bucks an hour under the table. That’s probably what this dude does. He’s making these videos pretending to be solo. If you have a crew you can offer more competitive prices. If you’re a solo operator 125 will never pay the bills
5 minutes for the chem to dwell? I would say 10 to 15 minutes so it can do its job in my opinion. Have you used Zep house wash and how do you like it vs using bleach with a surfactant?

Zep T-n-T is the best truck wash detergent I've EVER used... 💯 Would work really good on a house.
Great point!
I'm surprised you guys don't use a sandblasting attachment to your pressure washer. One blast and hose down. Did that here in England years ago.
Upgrading very soon

New Sub, loving the videos brotha. Question! Did you just use the Zep for pre treatment or did you mix it with water? TY.. Stay safe..
Zep is already diluted , I pretreated let dwell for about 5 min (PRE SOAK ) then rinse , thanks for the sub 👏🏼✅

Can you break down all your equipment? Was that a 15inch surface cleaner? Thanks!
absolutly check out my new video. I just got new equiment.
What’s the point of a surface cleaner? Is it not the same as using the pressure washer itself?
I would recognize buying southeast softwash chems zep is good but there will be some jobs that you can’t tackle with zep

No but always wet everything first with water

For a house wash I’d use SH , it’s Stronger and you don’t need much depending on the job. And also make whatever % you want.
How long did this take you?
about 2 hours
Did you mix your zep solution
@@backendgeorge9331 nope you don’t need to .. it is already diluted 💪🏾
no point in spending money on zep, there were no oil stains... pretreat with 2-3% SH with 15 minute dwell time and itll look 100x better
💯
What is SH?
@@willhooke SH is sodium hyperchloride. It’s essentially pool chlorine that you can use. If you don’t know how to apply it can cause a lot of damage.

The term “cleaning agent/solution” sounds more user friendly than saying “chemicals” same ish but just my 2 cents
