Bleed the mater cyl. first. Connect a short hose to outlet then back into reservoir. Operate it add fluid operate til bubbles stop. Connect brake line to master cyl. and caliper. Bleed system.
I like it. It looks like the kit I just ordered yesterday for my Manco. The only issue I can see on your setup is, The bleeder on your caliper really should be higher than the banjo joint on the hose. It is damn near impossible to get all air out of the system if it isn't.
I bought the same master cylinder and caliper setup.im having trouble bleeding the system.im not getting any pressure to stop it at idle.did u have issues
@@Noeladventures im happy to hear that lol.im spending hours on bleeding it and not getting no where.i wanted to make sure it wasent a bad caliper.thanks buddy
@@EvrttGrn nope its just sitting in the garage.i tried so many times hours at a time, and it still wont build pressure.the bleeder valve is higher than the caliper also
Honestly it doesn’t grab as hard as mechanical ones I’ve used in the past. But then again I wasn’t able to get all of the air out the line either. Get one with some sort of small reservoir that connects to brake cylinder. That way you can get a better bite.
This is the exact video I was looking for because I saw the kit on Amazon and wondered how it would setup
very welcome glad to help
Can you comment the link to the kit please?
I think I'm fixing to have to make the same upgrade. I have the same old caliper you had... Can't stop!

Wow thanks for the comment. That hasn’t occurred to me before.
Like the mad max idea, I have been noodling on how to do that. Thanks for the video
Very welcome.
Looks awesome, good job.
Thank you! Cheers!
Nice.. where did u get that brake kit?
Go power sports I think.
Manatap bang.. saya juga lagi bikin go kart 🙏😊👍
Gonna have to steal your idea for my manco dingo 👌
Nice good luck! I would get a bit more expensive/bigger brake kit if was going to do it over again.... Mine stops but won’t lockem up!
@@Noeladventures what kit would you suggest?
Something like this that can be bled easier would help.

Moe Ahmed yes I did have a lot of trouble bleeding the system. It took repeated attempts over and over to finally get it to work

Were you able to get it bled? If your bleeder isn't higher than hose connection at the caliper it is a royal pain to bleed and get all the air out.

@@moeahmed6811 I use this process all the time and it works well for me. th-cam.com/video/MfTmlOZbXgs/w-d-xo.html
Where did you find the long brake cable?
I think it was go power sports
Can you tell me what make this go kart is? I have same one but has been modified
It’s an old mango dingo or something like that.
How did it hold up long term? Debating on dropping 50 bucks on one of these.

Where'd you get the KIT
It’s been awhile.... I get everything from go power sports and BMI karting
Very clever. I'm gonna copy cat
