This class suprised me in how the back and hips easily opened up. As always Brett, I greatly appreciate how detailed your direction is. A great way to begin and then follow up with another one of your classes! You are a beautiful spirit.

Would these moves work with down on forearms. I cannot put any pressure on my hands/wrists/fists.
Absolutely! Do them on the forearms... I do this myself a lot of the time!
Also consider blocks under the forearms. Might give you more space!!! And you can have a blanket on the blocks for padding 💗
