This was exactly what I needed this morning! I've had a stiff/stuck neck for the past few days, unable to turn my head to the left. Hopefully this will help.
I have very tight shoulders. I try and incorporate neck, shoulder, and back stretches into my everyday practice. This was really good to learn from Brett! Thank you for sharing this. Waiting to do this ..I have a few clicks and glitches in my neck, quite uncomfortable but had to tell my self it's ok it wont be like this, it'll pass.. it was a comfort doing this
