ja, cotton swabs caused scratches. I only use lens wipes and for the tube mirror i use the reci series with a removable lens cap which allows for easy cleaning.
I have learned a lot from your video, I would like to share one more way to make the laser image quality darker that is to use (borax) to mix 1 teaspoon at a boiling temperature of 100 degrees, then use The tool sweeps on the wood surface, then waits for it to dry, then laser
Great tips! Thanks!
Love from India It helps a Lot Thank you

You placed a white ring in before you put the second lens in, is that to separate the lens so they don’t touch
Thank you
The video helped me a lot and I will try to adjust the laser tomorrow. Super detailed tutorial. :) What CO2 laser are you using if I may ask?
I use a 80w dtc laser :)
Impressive!!!
Thanks, well try this.
You have only CO2 laser presets. What about diode laser?

turn off the air in graving
Without air you get a lot of stain and it will be overall worse.
Also, what should that do? The result seems pretty perfect
