Well, when a man's tools were used to kill the children buried in his back yard and his wife dies mysteriously, and he is having an affair and quickly remarries! He tells his wife about burning limbs, coming storm etc.I would have no problem voting for dp

Not only did Chad rob Tammy of her life, he robbed all of those beloved kiddos years of interaction and relationship. Shame on that devil -- rot in hell !

Yes. I've often thought of how her young students grieved her death. And then, grieved again her murder. How does an elementary student comprehend such an evil deed?
Very sad n he has no remorse of what he had done or commit or intent.. i feel for his family n siblings n they would feel some kind of guilt, shame, sadness n some how they would think what they could have done ... earlier to not have this monstrous behaviour materialised... so heavy burden to carry n bear n i wish them lots of healing... n wellness

It seems that Tammy offered a rational and grounded perspective. I am certain that in their family, this was needed to counted Chad's beliefs, teachings, and actions. After her death the kids have been shaped only by their father. We heard witnesses say that Emma was angry and upset after death of her mother, and at her father's quick marriage to Lori. Something tells me that Emma will have reframed that, and that she will attempt to present a testimony that is 100% supportive of her Dad. It seems unlikely she won't testify given the number of times Prior has said she knew her mum best. If done well (🤞) cross-examination will be her challenge.
I can't believe Melani P is free and living her life with immunity 😳 (after having Alex Cox try to get rid of her ex-husband Brandon, and preparing to get rid of her children at that time, getting rid of their toys and belongings).
Has she already had a child die? Because she said something about Alex being with her kids, after he died... I haven't figured this out yet. She's very lucky to have immunity in exchange for her testimony. But I wouldn't trust anything other than supervised visits with her kids- not after what she deemed acceptable while in this cult.

Yes I read that Melani Pawlawski has immunity. And she’s still not forthcoming/honest.

I would like to go back and listen to Melanie P and Zulema's testimonies again because I believe that Melanie P may have committed perjury. Perhaps Melanie G, too. That will be my weekend project.

I highly suspect the ONLY reason he subpoenaed them to testify, was to prevent them from watching the evidence in this trial. Chad was just as envolved in planning Charles’ murder, however, nobody is left alive that can testify to the exact role he did play, except Lori, amd we all know she still believes his hogwash he fed her!
He and Lori both deserve to never see the light of day again. Thise poor children, it is so heartbreaking every time I saw them smiling and enjoying life, knowing the whole time they were buried in chads back yard, or pasture as Prior likes to remind everyone!

TAMMY DAYBELL was loved, truly loved, by all, kids and adult peers included. Her murder was Such a huge loss to the school, community and humanity! I hope many foundations are created so all children find their very own "tammy" anywhere!❤

@@rasberryfields2132 Yeah I personally don’t believe Melania Gibb is directly involved in the murders. I think they had some people fooled and mesmerized into doing certain things but they didn’t realize even what they were helping with. I mean the call with Melanie Gibb about JJ is pretty telling. She wanted to know what was going on. MG and others seemed to have completely lost their ability to discern and then act on what was going on. But no one ever wants to believe the people in their circle are murderers, so they look past the things that don’t seem right and try to justify or explain it away in their minds. The prosecution has more than enough to convict Chad. They know everyone else in their circle didn’t commit or even knowingly help commit these awful crimes.

JJ (along with Tylee) should be alive and thriving. Tylee loved her little brother and vice versa. Knowing teens, my theory is that she confronted them about Charles and expressed her distaste for Chad ( justified). Hence the brutal state of her body.

Book fairs are usually set up at school the week of parent teacher conferences. Usually they start on a Monday setting up, the book fair us open during school and parent teacher conferences. The boxes are not huge. They can be easily moved and unpacked. The book fair causing Tammy's death is nuts.

you know defense lawyers can choose right ? I wouldn’t defend a child murderer. Anyone who does isn’t the most moral of defense lawyers. I am a forensic psychologist and professor. It is telling !
Defense attorneys are often hated until someone needs to hire one. Those who choose the course of defending- are often motivated by justice for the innocent. It's a real problem, too. American courts are marked by injustice throughout history.

Yes, Pryor had a choice. It's important to realize that someone had to take the case in order to have a trial.
It's a terrible trait to project ones moral compass upon another, not knowing what led to current circumstances.
We don't know how Chad and Pryor ended up together. Most evidence wasn't available immediately. Chad's kids were likely involved.
We do know that Pryor wanted to withdraw.
We do know Pryor now has a responsibility to give his best.
Like the man, or not, it's a hallmark of freedom for Pryor to step up and defend a man that most would stone in the street.
Chad has no defense.
For me this is the most gruesome testimony because of Tyler’s dna on that pick ax, covered in biological material, dirt and ash, with some signs of burning:. It’s absolutely horrible!

Lol I just got done watching Day 20. That was just as funny when Prior was lamb blasted for over talking when the FBI ERT agent was testifying about Tylee charm bracelet Prior Objected and Judge Boyce said I’m Objecting you Prior for overtalking me!! 🤣😂
Then Prior sure didn’t want to cross examine Pamela Peebles especially because she had more emotion 5yrs after Tammy died than Chad does even 1 day after Tammy died!!
@@famousamos1 The habit of interrupting everyone, including Judge Boyce, could be due to the stress of defending an indefensible client, but in any case it's cringeworthy to be asked so frequently to stop it... WITHOUT STOPPING IT. On a far sadder note, he definitely didn't want the jury to hear that the clawlike marks on that precious little boy could have been made by him trying to free himself. Heartless heartless heartless.

It seems clear to me that Chad's goal is to maintain plausible deniability about killing Tammy to his kids. After he's convicted he can point to all the defense points (Tammy was sick, Tammy wasn't murdered, someone else buried the kids on his property, the DNA was planted on the tools). He knows he's going to be convicted (or at least probably will be) but he will NEVER EVER admit to it. If they offered a plea deal he would NEVER take it. His kids (maybe not all) are going to buy into it hook line and sinker. 25 years from now we'll be hearing from them about their falsely convicted innocent father.

I think Melani Pawlowski was good for prosecutors due to she did basically say that Chad was the person to rate someone of light and dark and Lori was the relay of the info coming from Chad. Definitely much better than having Chad’s mom as a witness because she said Chad was very sad about Tammy’s death!!

I hate when the witnesses allow themselves to be bullied by Prior when he twists their testimony to fit his narrative and puts words in their mouths or changes the meaning of their statements. Like with the first colleague of Tammy's who basically said she wouldn't spend much time chitchatting and stayed focused on her work and duties instead of getting side tracked with long personal conversations and Prior changed that to mean she was shy and kept to herself completely and she didn't truly know her.
For some reasons i feel like Emma will come and lie on the stand saying shes been sick for a long time etc etc …. I hope that doesnt happen
If Emma says that, she will have to face the other teachers at school who know the truth - that Tammy was very fit and healthy. How could she face them every day after such a lie?

Life without parole would be a smaller punishment; however, he would have to relive what he did everyday and every night! I hope the spirits haunt him.
First of all if he’s convicted across-the-board, like Lori was, it will be up to the jury whether he gets the death penalty or life without parole. It’s not up to the judge the jury decides, and the judge will hand the sentence in a month or two after a conviction comes in and jury punishment he should receive

@@jakemichaels9902 so there was some DNA that didn’t come back in time that would give her defense team enough time to go through before the trial and since she did not waive her right to a speeding trial that meant that her attorneys would not have time to get off expert yada yada yada so the judge took the death penalty off the table

Well I emailed Nate but I didn’t get my questions answered. One was why did Lori and Alex take the kids to Yellowstone? Was it to have one last fun day while still being alive? It doesn’t make sense since they are all smiling in the pics and having a good time. Also why wasn’t Colby Ryan at his step sibling’s memorial that was like last month?
How would he know why regarding such?

OK, about this Book Fair thing...this is the book fair company money maker. The school gets a percentage of the profits, but it's a money maker for the company. The librarian might straighten up in the library and might organize volunteers, but that's it. The only physical work might be hanging a few posters around the campus and sending flyers home with the students. Certainly not a big physical endeavor. The company will wheel in the boxes that contain the books for sale. The boxes when opened are shelves that hold the books. When it's over, the company will wheel the boxes out.

I’ve got to say John Prior is putting up a good defense for Chad even though he’s plainly guilty of many egregious acts .
I am not so sure prior is such a good attorney! When someone bullies me or I see them being a bully and harsh, I become more convinced than ever that I am right! If I were on this jury, I would already have a negative attitude toward the defendent because of his choice of attorney! I know Chad is innocent until proven guilty, but I don't see Prior doing anything convincing enough to prove Chad is not guilty! The prosecution is doing a professional, thorough,methodical case of proving his guilt beyond a reasonable doubt! Prior could still win, but, imo, he needs to chill a little bit

Prior doesn’t “bully” all witnesses either- only the detectives and other professionals because he’s trying to prove that they’re inept and corrupt. You can’t do that successfully if you’re playing nice. The point is for prior to act offended and disgusted at their corrupt investigation. Meanwhile he treats the victim witnesses such as Colby and Heather with complete respect, and all other witnesses somewhere in-between. In fact he’s usually NOT a bully but you haven’t noticed that because again… you’re biased. He’s going to (rightfully) lose this case but he’s putting up a great fight and using lots of psychology to raise doubt, which might get Chad off from receiving a death sentence.
@@silversun119yup, and 98% of viewers don’t understand the psychology that defense lawyers use and are also biased against them. Prior is a great lawyer. He’s going to lose, but he’s great. At this rate I suspect his primary goal is to keep Chud off of death row. And that MAY work if there’s a hint of doubt. That’s how Casey Anthony went free!
Prior is honesty the best that Chad can hope for and feelings aside his attorneys got a job to do whether we like him as a person or not.
