The investigators were doing their job in exhuming her body, especially when she was one of several members of the Daybell and Vallow families to die with seemingly no reason. That is how murderers like his client are caught. Tammy Daybell got the respect and attention she NEEDED in order to bring her killer to justice. Prior needs to look in the mirror to see what a moron looks like.

It’s a very strange situation. Chad is clearly a brilliant conman ( goodness knows how as he comes across to me as a dimwit and most conmen are as sharp as a tack) he must’ve manipulated the children. They are in a family situation not complete strangers like us . They’re in a family situation and had no reason to doubt their father . Unconditional love and blind faith. Why would they see him like we all do? Easy to judge them but we don’t even know them . We get snippets of their lives but we are not seeing their lives as a whole . I’m not a soft person but personally I can’t reach a judgment about children that I know so little about . Not dissing anyone and not judging anyone’s comments about the children. Everyone is entitled to reach their own conclusions and comment as they choose . Just saying my point of view from what I know . Others might have far more knowledge about the children than me as I might have missed these facts .

That's due to putrefaction and decomposition. The skin turns pale and greyish; in what is called lividity, the blood in the vessels flows down (down as in toward the ground) and blood will pool where gravity leads it, including leaking from its vessels and into the surrounding areas (extravasation). When it coagulates it turns black. This can look similar to bruising, Pseudo-bruising.
Moeticians and pathologists will know the difference.

40:21 I thought Pryor said “it might take me two seconds to get this broad up” 😳😳😳
I thought jesus….who is this broad is he’s referring to. I wonder if that’s considered an inappropriate way to refer to a woman in the courtroom?”
I had to rewind this to hear him again and i realized he said “it might take me two seconds to get this BROUGHT up.”
    Oops lol

Broad is one old timey slur for women that I actually enjoy as a woman lol
Like what does it actually mean?! Where did it come from? And why do only certain men with aggressive dismissive accents refer to women as broads? Lol

At 1:04:30 prosecution asks witness about his surveillance of CHAD and TAMMY on Nov 1/19.
I believe the prosecution mistakenly said TAMMY instead of LORI !!

That lawyer thinks hes going to say hes not guilty because hes so abrupt the evidence is clear and when this trial they will know he is guilty without a doubt i hope he gets the death penalty to be envolved with these kids being dark to have them killed and i hope they bring up the fire that chad told tammy he shot and killed instead of throwing it in the garbage he makes a fire he burned that beautiful girl and jj just because he wants lorrie by hisself he didnt want those kids in the way of his sex life and his trips unreal that these kids are standing by him like they are after finding the bodies and marring lorrie 2 weeks after his wife had died and messaging lorrie and he told her he was sad but its not because everyone thinks awful man

How could the kids justify marriying so SOON after their Mom dying?! That in itself is WEIRD! I don't understand this mormon acceptance of burying your Mom so quickly also! Weren't they concerned about all the circumstances before, during & after? Like finding BODIES on his property?????????????????????? His weird books that developed a cult? I guess ignorance is bliss for his adult children!

I don't know what God Chad and Lori believed in,but doing away with spouses and children aught to be a big no no! They are evil...

Weak judge! He doesn't even tell Pryor he's out of line for not saying, "Objection..." It seems like Pryor is in control here, not the judge. I have never seen such a disrespectful lawyer as Pryor - wow! Get a backbone, judge!

omgosh! Tammy lived on a "farm" of sorts (I did growing up) bruising is a natural part of an active life working on land, and it's very common for women who are still having their period, to have low iron, which does contribute to bruising, none of which cause death. I hope the prosecution brings all this home.

I bruise easy due to blood thinners, but my bruises are usually in the same areas due to how I use my body. Any bruises in a weird area would be suspect imo

The Prosecution in this case does not appear to be even passively interested in prosecuting CD. I have never witnessed such a lack lustre prosecution in a death penalty case. Appears to me the “fix is in.”
