I finally dig around the fire pit and find lots of artifacts - dart points, grinding stones, scrapers, petrified wood, and a knife. Found on private property with permission. Hogeye Bastrop County, Texas.
What would you do if you found s grave? I'm thinking you are an expert hobbiest but wonder what's the protocol or etiquette for an ancient grave site? Thanks!
The odds of finding a grave in the area I am digging is very low. Or I would not be digging there. Historically, graves are found near living areas but there is no evidence of burials (here)that I know of. All evidence suggest they camped and lived there.
The amount of times you said thanks for watching..i thought the video was over and had to click back on
I've always had good luck around them also if I can find them. Lol great finds!👍🏹

Where are your grid markers and your scale rulers?
Hi Julie thank you for watching! What do you want measurements on? The rock pit or the artifacts? Feel free to advise.
Both. the layers and the artifacts. Proper Archeology measurements so others can interpret your finds. @@curious_archeology
