The car didn’t start before, and you went to start it to inject the sea foam. The frame was cut. It skipped to it running, without you turning the key/button.
i am just noticing this comment now. Yes i had to cut away in the video. it was because it took me like a half hour of trying to turn the car on to actually get the car to turn over. I just cut out all of the times the car not starting.
So I have been killing myself trying to figure out how to regulate the air after pulling the MAP sensor since it surges like crazy. The basketball pin is genius. I am foaming a 2015 1.8t passat but its basically the same process. Thanks
Carbon buildup on the cylinder head, because of pisspoor design by VW engineers. Direct injection engines all have this issue but in later designs the designers put in dual fuel injectors one before the cylinder head and one after to ensure some detergent gets in the fuel.
Shit. My 2011 GTI has done this twice in the last month (just keeps cranking and won’t start) but then the second turn of the key it starts. Guess I’m gonna have to seafoam mine in a week or two when I’m going to change my oil.
