Grease the screws - corrosion x or some salt water type of grease - also very important to use that type of grease on your prop sheer pin - they have a lot of exposure, especially in salt and corrode very easily - if it goes while you are out, you are in trouble with no prop! Carry a few extra “sheer pins” - you can find some old drills in the right diameter and cut them for cheap replacements. Have fished my Predator PDL hard now for 7 plus years - salt and fresh. Grease the scupper hole fish finder mount hardware! All of it - it will corrode if not
@Charactermatters650 💯% all of our screws and parts get coated with corrosion inhibitor twice a year, we each carry 5 extra sheer pins in our drives as well as two extra props each because you never know! Paddling these beasts home would be a nightmare! Thanks for watching! 🙌🙌
Action hat is definitely something we're looking at. Our plan is to have 2 Go Pros each so the angles are endless, and we can switch it up each video! 🙌🙌
The hull was cracked under the seat just behind the rudder deployment handle. There's a foam block inside the hull that supports the seat, and it had shifted so there was no support under the seat. The foam support block is just siliconed in place so now we check them every couple trips to make sure they haven't moved. Thanks for watching!
@@thbrtmn no problem at all! We've since added some 1/2" starboard where the back of the seat sits, hoping to beef it up and disperse some of the weight in case that foam block ever shifts again 🤞 Thanks for watching!
@@kckayakfishing Awesome, that's what I figured but wanted to be sure before I bought some. I'm setting up my 120 sportsman based around you're build, it's so well thought out and functional.
@johnmelendres8974 awesome! We absolutely love the way our 120's turned out, simple but effective! Good luck with the build! Any other questions, you know where to find us! 🙌🙌
We made them out of a 12" x 24" sheet of kydex which worked perfect for making two keel guards out of one sheet. It is .08" thick. Tons of kydex options on Amazon which is where we got the sheet from.
I’ve been waiting for this video. Awesome stuff man. Please keep them coming.
Thanks for watching! Appreciate your support!

Good stuff man! Love these kinds of videos.
Thanks dude! 🤘
Really nice install!
Thank you! 🙏 we're thrilled with how it turned out! Thanks for watching! 🙌
My suggestion is to use a action hat gopro mount or a chest mount if you want people to see better

Just curious will that rod holder stand up to a 50 or 60lb catfish
Can't say for sure because we've never tried, but it works great for 20lb Salmon!
What was the original issue that required the warranty replacement?

Thanks for the info. I will keep an eye on that.

What size wire loom did you use for your cables?
Good question, we probably should of included that in the video. It's 1/2" loom.
Thanks for watching! 🙌

@@kckayakfishing Thanks for letting me know!

Maybe oldtown dosent want you changing them out 😅
They shouldn't have made everything removable then! 😂😂😂
@@kckayakfishing I am going to put my finder on the handle like this
@Trepp1 we love running them off of the handles, they don't get in the way at all plus they're nice and easy to reach in that position 🙌
