Scott, glad to see how to cook the fish! I'll give it a try.
Thanks! Hope you enjoy...
Great recipe. I tried it today, with a few seasoning variations and also a couple of small salmon peices... Was fantastic!!
Great looking recipe.
Thank you so much
Looks delicious. I love following you. Such great ideas.
Thanks so much! 😊
Hello Scott I have watched your video about doing the fish it came out absolutely perfect I have tried other peoples recipes not so well today yours was fantastic. Also on another note 3 days ago which would be may third 2022 I followed your recipe for doing a beef sirloin tip steak it came out perfect delicious fantastic I have now subscribed to your TH-cam channel thank you very much Bruce G
I really appreciate the feedback! I try hard to make easy to follow videos that taste great. Thanks
I'm going to try this tomorrow. Looks soooo good. Unfortunately I can't find the spice rub anywhere. Seems to be out of stock everywhere I looked. Hopefully they'll get back in stock soon. I'll try something else instead.
Let me know what you use and how it comes out!
@@ScottCooks I thought it turned out mostly well. I over cooked it, so I'll have to be more careful the next time. I used Sadaf Fish Seasoning (Granulated onion, citric acid, salt, paprika, black pepper, parsley, and saffron), which was okay, but I think I needed to use more or maybe a different spice. Since I've never used it before, I didn't want to go overboard. I really liked the texture and flavor the Ritz crackers gave. Overall, it's a good recipe, and it's staying in my recipe keeper, but I suspect your spice rub is where it's at. Thank you for sharing! Now I'll check out how to make your Jasmine rice in the foodi!
