Good Sunday Morning Darnell. They fish looked great! I love the mix of old bay and lemon pepper. I have to try that. I do have a question, should you put the fish in flour before egg? I always thought - flour, egg, mixture/batter in that order. But that fish looked delicious. Blessed day Darnell
Hi I was wondering have you used any other kind of air fryer ? Just wondering how you feel the ninja xl oven performs compared to other brands as a air fryer ? I have one too and find it takes a lot longer to crisp or brown food and by the time it crisps usually the meat has to be like you said very well done which I don’t want at times . Any advice to better browning ? Thx

Having tried other ways I really came to prefer to this method.
Do a video on air fryer salmon with lemon pepper. It is great.

Do you spray the fryer basket before putting fish on?
Consider I just sprayed the fish, so spraying the basket would be redundant and not help.

Try just letting the cooker run a while longer before putting the food in.
