    I use olive oil both sides, all the seasoning both sides, paprika both sides, 400° 12 minutes, I like it crispy. I do the same for pork chops, salmon, cod

      Sali, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, chili pepper and red pepper

      @@CookinWithJames I actually just did what I should have done to start with & googled a recipe which I just made & it was basically just what you just named off in it!! Except no chili powder & said add cayenne, smoked & reg paprika, thyme, & oregano! I just whipped it up and am about to grill my fish like you instructed!! I only have talapia but I think it will be delish!! Thank You!

    When I restart the Ninja xl and press bake, it doesn't show 350. It can go up to 210. I have the same Ninja xl. What is the problem?

      Honestly not sure. Try the air fry or air crisp function. It works the same

      They're purchased seasoning mixes. I've tried a few from Heaven Made and they're great.

    Please don't use vegetable or canola on those lovely fish. Yuch!
