Looks like a beautiful home at a great price. I’ve been paying 40K+/mo for airbnb studios the size of their master bedroom around the Philippines, it pays to settle in one place and get long term leases:)
People have such funny ideas about price and what they value. For me, this house and area is super nice. The views (even from the inside!) and surroundings are what make it exceptional. Love to have all those windows and screens for breezes. Plus that the owner takes care of things fast. I see that it's possible, thank you! Oh, also, can you put a link to her channel?

It’s $570 usd which is a really good deal for foreigners we cannot get anything in the United States for $570 not even for $900 this really shows me how much foreigners can benefit in other countries while helping the Philippines grow also i can’t wait to go😊
That is not true. But it is definitely not going to be as nice as this place. This place in the US. Is definitely going to cost around $2500 / mon here in Austin TX.

Hello Maly to answer your question $570 is just the house itself not including the elec. and water. Maybe the vid you’ve watch includes both water and electricity. 😊

Is it customary for other family members to live with an expat and his GF? The video mentioned one of the bed rooms was your friends 2 sister's. Will the expat also be expected to pay for a Filipina family members living expenses like food, clothing, cell phones and school expenses when sister's are living with them?
