Hi Leah and Gary, thanks for the tour and looks a good standard of finish for what it is. A little more room size would help it a lot though but is what it is. Am torn between having a condo for ease of cleaning and maintaining in my later years or having something a little bigger, detached bungalow with enough room to grow some fruit & veg. Always interesting to see what is available currently , keep up your good work here as is appreciated .

Really liked the white & black property but you can hear the dogs in the video, don't fully think that they'd be silent at night. The price is great though, IMO (refrigerator looks like the only thing to work in). Great video!
So you have to pay one month rent for the reservation fee, then one month up front and two months security deposit, or $80K just to move in and there is no refrigerator or hot water in the shower. That seems a bit excessive to me for an attached home vs stand alone. But just my opinion. Thanks for showing this.
I'm only paying 15 K for an entire house 2bdrm on 300 m² nice green grass and not too noisy it's in cantil-e the water pressures is awesome they have generators

I am from south Louisiana and I love to cook good south Louisiana food.. it would be a No-No for me because of the kitchen.. my fiance and I also need two bathrooms.. I would only rent three months to begin with to see if I really like it.. please do more rental videos because I really enjoy them and you are good at them.. thanks 👍👍
First look for dogs then roosters. I would only rent with a 30 or 60 or 90 day escape clause.

OMG at first glance the house looked modern and good but as soon as i saw it was a Semi-detaches propertt this would immediately be a NO NO for me. What if a nice filipina family moves in next door and they as usual love to blast out Karaoke at all times of the day and night and decide to let their roosters & chickens move in too! Bang goes your quiet neighbourhood. Also looking at the size of every room i feel they are all far too small especially the bedrooms with beds pushed up against the wall and no room for any bedside twin lamp tables! No Thank You even at 20k a month. Gary i bet you would just love to sit on the toilet with water from the very close shower.
Good luck with your house hunting for rental in the Philippines. Personally i would rather choose the far superior Thai pool villas build quality near Pattaya or Hua Hin. I am torn because after watching both your's and Leah's YT channel great videos i would much rather relocate to live permanently in the Philippines because most filipinas speak English but i just wish they built better larger modern houses/villas outwith the cities. 😅❤❤
