Every truck video regardless of make is littered with comments about "Looks like (insert name of literally any other truck here)". And every comment says it looks like a different model. Like no consensus whatsoever. Apparently this truck looks like an F-150, a Silverado, a Tundra, and a Titan all at the same time...could that be because they're all....trucks??
ram had the ram look before ford & toyota copied it. '94 dropped fender, big rig look. chevy, idk what they're on with style..lol. regardless of sheet metal, ram just has the best stuff under the skin.
Tom Johnson The F-150 is currently the best performing truck on the market in all categories and the engine lineup is all from this decade. The same can not be said for the Ram.
I'll keep my '03 5.7 Laramie 4X4. Still looks and drives like new with 171,000 miles. Not getting back into the pickup payment game again. It takes ALL the fun out of it!
I was all Ford then Chevy until I got tired of the cheap interiors and hated how second gear slipped around corners. Went to Ram for all my fleet and have not looked back. More relaxed feel, tougher and all my drivers talk about how impressed they are. This truck keeps climbing! Awesome ride!
I have the 2020 Bighorn crewcab with the 5.7 non etorque with the 3:92s. I'm getting 20.5 mpg. That's great as far as I'm concerned. If the mileage drops when I tow, I expect it to. Just coming up on the 3,000 mile mark.
Ram has upped their game in testing and build. If you see the actual tests it`s quite impressive. I`ve always been a Ford truck guy but this new one I researched and they did their home work. Ford and Dodge revamped their factories.

A 2013 Ram 1500 Laramie my parents just bought replaced my mom's '04 BMW X5, and was the first truck they bought in 34 years that wasn't a Chevy. (3 Chevy, 1 Datsun) They love it, and so do I. I like this one, too. Oh, their Ram has coils, just like my Dad's first truck, a '72 Chevy Custom!
Love the styling - much more than the '19 Silvy. And you can get the 1" lift suspension for $750 in the 4x4 off road package on a Tradesman. I wonder if they are saving the 8ft box model for the 2500 intro? They still have the 140" wheelbase for the quad cab so that could be made into an 8ft 2door. Maybe they want to hold off on lower priced two door work trucks at first. I really don't want a quad cab - especially paying the extra $3000.
Got one already in our pre owned car lot, original buyer wanted the 12" screen saw that it only had the 8" turned around after he took delivery of it and brought it back to us.

The sticker price for my 2015 Ram 1500 up in BC was over $68,000. When you add on the sales taxes plus the $1500 luxury tax and $10,000 cash back plus the financing over 8 years. Well, you get the picture. My buddies monthly mortgage payment for his $1.2 mil home is less than the monthly truck payment. As long as your getting the jobs it's no problem but it's still a lot of dough.
It's more than a disappointment in my eyes, I find the new look butt ugly. the 2500s are wayyy better for the 5th generation. I personally wouldn't buy the 2019+ 1500 solely for it's looks.
I’ll save you some regret... Do not buy the 3.6L model. It’s a good engine for cars and small SUVs, but is underpowered for pickups. I’m saying this from experience. The low torque numbers will have it struggling to stay in high gear on the freeway with just a moderate headwind. I had mine for less than a year before trading it up for the exact same model equipped with the 5.7L HEMI engine.

These numbers actually reference the capability and class of each type of pickup. This can be helpful when considering which truck is right for your needs. 1500 - Half-ton pickup, light-duty. 2500 HD - Three-quarter ton pickup, heavy-duty. 3500 HD - One-ton pickup, heavy-duty.
Then the ones sold here in NJ haven’t gotten the message yet because I’ve seen much newer trucks with the rear fenders in severe shape. It’s still a problem...
Hi, need help if anyone can please. I have a 2019 Ram 1500 5.7L Hemi V8, crew cab, 2800 miles on it. I've noticed a loud humming noise (loud as in loud, LOUD) coming from the hood when driving. It happens when the gears are shifting, like the noise gets comparatively loud during shifting and then goes away when the gear has completely shifted, and this is happening with every shift. It happened a few times a while ago, but today it kept happening. Speed has nothing to do with it because it happened at all the speed ranges that I drove. Not sure why it is happening, and it's frustrating because this is a brand new truck. I don't know if weather has something to do with, it's been cold for 2 straight days(Chicago) , or maybe it was parked for 2 days and I drove it today, but even so I let it warm up a bit and was driving smoothly, so I'm really not sure why it happens. Can anyone please guide me with this problem? Thanks.
absolutely. i would much rather have a direct connection to the transmission rather than electronics do it for me. I understand a manual tranny is the way to go for that but nobody buys them, so they aren't sold. sad. Technology is cool and all but whatever happened to 'less is more' ? new trucks kinda bum me out.

They don't make the Dakota anymore so for a midsize truck the Colorado is nice. All three companies make nice trucks in my opinion. Just some people like this that or the other brand.

My Jeep Cherokee Xj has almost 350,000 Mile's and it still runs and looks like new....Even the transmission is original and like new.BEAST!!!!
