Sauvage Elixir is freaking amazingly, absolutely love this scent. It’s the first scent ever that made me want to buy another one when I already have a full bottle on my nightstand.

An hour or 2 later and Elixer is the only one I’m still smelling without bringing my arms to my nose Edit: Please for the love of god don’t do this, looking back this was a horrible idea.
Great job on this review man. You have come so far over the last few yrs with your style, charisma on your reviews. When I want a review I come to you cause your knowledge I feel is way above the others. You go through everything like a checklist with no hiccups.

@@amierulrusmadi5544 It's really powerful. First time I tried it in a store the lady put one distanced spray down one of my arms.. LOVE Sauvage Elixir. I don't care for anything else in the line, but Elixir was a must buy when I smelled it. Even though it's expensive, I think it's a great value for how long it lasts and how few sprays you need in a day. I'll be buying a backup bottle very soon.
Yes. Many reviewers fail to consider the amount of sprays needed when gauging value. To me even the Parfum needs double the sprays as the Elixir and still doesn't stick around nearly as long.
Yes and also not just that the scent is better, but projection is nuclear and longevity is almost eterbal, I only put 2 sprays and get compliments. It is expensive but I think it actually has good value considering the just masterpiece performance

I was thinking of buying like 5 or 6 amazing fragrances which are going to be; Ysl - la nuit de l'homme, Parfums de Marley - Layton, viktor and rolf - Spicebomb Extreme, Mancera - Cedrat Boise, Chanel - Bleu de Chanel Parfum and maybe Dior - Homme Intense or Dolce and Gabbana - The One. What do you think? I only have Paco Rabanne - 1 Million EDT and Parfum, YSL - Y EDP and Chanel - Bleu de Chanel EDP at the moment. Edit: I bought all of these fragrances with the exception of d&g the one, and WOW! They smell so amazing!
Good choices, be warned, the new bottles of YSL LNDL aren’t even close to what they used to be, they still smell good, but not worth retail in my opinion If u get The One, go with the EDP
Elixer is the opposite of Dior Homme 2020 (with the youtube reviewers). The reviews by the youtube guru's all love Elixir but it won't be mass appealing. I've worn it twice and my wife dislikes it. It's complex, rich, earthy... kind of strange... but not a compliment puller. I won't buy it, I wouldn't wear it if I got it for free. Meanwhile the gurus hated on Dior 2020 and it's a massive seller and massive compliment machine. Mass appeal vs guru stamp of approval.
Hilarious… this literally happened with my wife. I sprayed elixir on me and sauvage parfum at store. She could barely tell the difference for 30 minutes. On the way out of the mall, i sprayed Dior 2020, and we both we’re like “now that’s good” 🤦🏾♂️
LOL curve was also hugely mass appealing but you’ll never smell it on me! I just got elixir few days ago as a fall/early winter fragrance, and everyone absolutely loves it. I’ve never had that much compliments in 1 day in a long time. It’s subtle from inches away, and just as strong yet subtle at 2-3 feet away.
I have this scent for 1 week. It’s a great one with strong performances. It could have been sold on its own. As for the price, don’t focus on it. 2,sprays will last the whole day as for others you would apply 5 sprays and eventually re-apply. I bought it France for 97€ ( 144€ discounted at 30%).
Cant agree on this one, i smelled this one in person. Didnt like this one, i have the edt and edp, but elixir isn’t one thats coming home. Was between profondo and elixir, had to go for profondo.

I really loved this scent but compared to Sauvage EDT, I almost get instantly have temporary anosmia to it because it is really potent (that is just one spray btw) and last a day to me and my workmates can notice the scent from afar 😂. It is expensive, YES, but since you will use a small amount of spray to it (2 sprays max for me), it will last long 😂
Definitely targeted for the Middle Eastern market. Dark and rich! I like the drydown and the journey it takes you to get there. Initially, it’s strong and sharp but it morphs into a very intoxicating scent
Damn , I had to revisit this video to leave a comment. Got elixir as an Xmas gift today and decided to try it on my right hand ( already had Lattafa asad on my left) . God dayummm, it has been 6 hours now and elixir is still strong and potent. To be honest , at this point I prefer Lattafa asad because Asad’s power goes down as time goes on which I prefer and you also get that mid eastern vibes as it dries down.
From UK here. Female friends that smelled Elixir were not impressed at all. Said it smelled old and like a dad trying to come off young (midlife crisis). I personally think I'd like it more if i was closer to 30 but as some in early 20s its just a bit too old for me i think

The way you tossed this amazing cologne in the beginning
Tooo bold at start that might not be everyone's cup of tea but the build up slowly makes it really good to all who smells it.
Elegance, romantic, date type vibe elixir my favorite I really fall in love every spray
Awesome, I like dior homme sport alot, and I would say get la nuit de l'homme blu electrique instead. Awesome collection i own a few of these.
Check out Ricardo Ramos ZirYab. It's unique; beautiful, yet masculine.
Good choices, be warned, the new bottles of YSL LNDL aren’t even close to what they used to be, they still smell good, but not worth retail in my opinion
If u get The One, go with the EDP
On the way out of the mall, i sprayed Dior 2020, and we both we’re like “now that’s good” 🤦🏾♂️
Yep exactly. All the fragrance snobs loving it don't realise it's not appealing to the masses.
Snobs? Seems kinda rude to say about anyone who likes this scent.
I would think it may not be the most appealing fragrance for the older generation maybe.
As a non Dior lover and someone who found Sauvage offensive this fragrence just smells amazing.
Let me put it like this...if Drakkar Noir had a flanker, this would be it. Not to say it's bad because I actually really like it.
We wanna know if you took the shot 🤔
What? You think he just poured it down the drain?
Cant agree on this one, i smelled this one in person. Didnt like this one, i have the edt and edp, but elixir isn’t one thats coming home. Was between profondo and elixir, had to go for profondo.
Same, didnt really Like it
How many will 5 sprays last
Sauvage Elixir is definitely top shelf. 👌 💜
This stuff smells great alone for sure, but when you layer it with the EDT it smells even better IMO.
Which is the best way to layer please share your mathod
@@wasifromail6599 spray the Elixir first and then spray the EDT on top. I read about this specific Elixir/EDT layer combo somewhere else. Someone had said a Dior representative recommended they try this combo out and I must say from personal experience it’s fantastic.
This is a great video man. Appreciate this!
I wore this a couples days straight I rarely do that with fragrances its that amazing
Man thats the truth. This is a monster
@Goldman Amschel Mayer Rothschild got you thanks
It’s so damn good!!! I just bought my first bottle! And man it’s so good!!! Kinda reminds me of spice bomb extreme, it’s just good!!! I expected another flanker of the original, but it’s completely different!!! So happy I bought it.
100.000 subs Hellll Yeah!!!! Congrats Bro
I really loved this scent but compared to Sauvage EDT, I almost get instantly have temporary anosmia to it because it is really potent (that is just one spray btw) and last a day to me and my workmates can notice the scent from afar 😂. It is expensive, YES, but since you will use a small amount of spray to it (2 sprays max for me), it will last long 😂
Great breakdown of the elixir
Had to grab two bottles! Hopefully it doesn’t reformulate any time soon
Definitely targeted for the Middle Eastern market. Dark and rich! I like the drydown and the journey it takes you to get there. Initially, it’s strong and sharp but it morphs into a very intoxicating scent
I think can see that people are willing to pay for better performance. It is not overpriced either imo, it is well priced for what it is.
I’ll take it off of your hands.
From UK here. Female friends that smelled Elixir were not impressed at all. Said it smelled old and like a dad trying to come off young (midlife crisis).
I personally think I'd like it more if i was closer to 30 but as some in early 20s its just a bit too old for me i think
So just buy the bottle and wait 10 years lol
I personally find it smells very similar to the original dna but it's a little spicier and more complex.
Really love Elixir woody spicy just mature. Great scent!
Which season is elixer for?
