  • Molly Russell’s talk explores the power of intentional small groups on developing empathy. She hopes this talk will convince educators to include a small group system called Core Groups in their schools.
    Molly Russell is a ninth-grade student at Mountain Brook Junior High and a member of the MBJH TEDEd Club. She enjoys running, spending time with her youth group, and hanging out with friends and family. She looks forward to spending time at Camp Sweeney each summer.
