Nice repair job Dan! I gotta ask, where did you find the LED headlights at? Also, and I'm sure you already know this, but a neat trick to calculate fuel mileage is to reset set the mileage counter to 0, drive it a certain amount of distance (I woukd suggest a minimum of 100 miles), then, refuel the truck, divide the how many miles driven by the amount of fuel added to the tank (use the whole number of gallons. Say if the gas pump reads 6.129 gallons, you would enter it as 100 [miles] ÷ 6 [gallons of fuel added to the tank] to get the fuel mileage). Also, if it needs a Cadillac coverter, those are not cheap!
One thing I like to do when I remove bolts is take a thread tap and run it through after removing the bolts to clean the threads also wire wheel the bolt threads.
Awesome video Dan, it's been really cool since you've been working on this truck, keep on going.
As a model person and a car guy, KEEP EM’ ROLLIN!
Same here - I'm both!
Nice truck!
Nice Truck!
With your knowledge of trains and their electronic stuff I bet you could be a great electrician
