- Police have been criticised for saying they will record rapes by offenders with male genitalia as being committed by a woman if the attacker “identifies as a female”.
Police Scotland said that they would log rapes as being carried out by a woman if the accused person insists, even if they have not legally changed gender.
The move, reported by The Scottish Sun on Sunday, comes ahead of proposed new laws to make it easier for people to self-identify as whichever sex they want, which are opposed by some feminist groups. The Scottish government wants to remove medical checks for those seeking a gender recognition certificate and shorten the time people have to live as their new gender before it is legally recognised.

I listened to a very interesting podcast about 6 months ago about stonewall, it was on the BBC sounds listen back service, it is shocking the influence this group has and that institutions that pay a lot of money for stonewall to tell them what they're doing wrong and how to be more pc or be out cast. The woman who is in charge of a Scottish Woman's prison has spoken out against transgender women being placed in a women's prison. The women prisoner's are totally opposed to this madness as many of the women have been abused and raped. It is mad.
Thats atrocious, some mps recently attempted to amend the bill that allows self identifyers in womens prisons, it was rejected mostly by women in labour and Shami Chakrabati was the head of pushing for more trans men in as she called us 'cis women' prisons, for er the safety of men, they even gave scewed figures on the sex assaults by these 'trans men' on women prisoners, because as this video says,they are innacurately recorded as a female assaulting a female, so crazy, i wrote to all the mps that stuck up for women, most wrote back thanking me and said how scared many mps are to speak up, its sickens me, and the rate of detransitioners just keeps growing, poor kids, many doctors and teachers alike will be going to proson in the future for their crimes

There is a simple solution to this. Have two columns, one that states biological sex based on chromosomes and the other lesser column stating the attacker's delusional self-identifying sex. Let the jury then decide whether this has any affect on the outcome of the trial.

To my way of thinking, if your Chromosomes are XX you are a female and will always be female even if your mind identifies your sexuality to be male. The same applies to a male.
