I worked @ Middle Management for a major US HQ multinational (I'm British). I can't believe what is playing out here, especially given their whiter than white mantra. My multinational had very explicit and clear rules / direction about what you could or should not accept in the business environment - and this was already 25 years ago!!. We were regularly audited and any deviation led to an immediate dismissal - period!! I'm just amazed by this situation in 2024 !!

With my recent brush with our judicial system it is completely broken. Court Orders aren't worth the paper they're written on and it's the deepest pockets that win. I have absolutely no faith in anything anymore.
