If the 'fem-male' identified as a dog, would the legal system send it to a kennel? I highly doubt it. But it's ok to send this being to a women's prison after committing violent acts against that very population. I sincerely hope that the legal system are geared up for huge compensation payouts when they are sued for endangering women when someone gets raped in jail. Let this being complete reassignment surgery before accommodating in a woman's prison. Adult human females deserve to have their rights protected too.
I wonder about the rights of the women that are going to be at risk. Surely the authorities have a Duty of Care towards the female population?? Have they considered what will happen if he attacks a women? How is this gonna pass a Risk Assessment under Health & Safety laws?

There are instances of Women having extra time added to their sentences for misgendering men in womens prisons…..so I very much doubt they would be able to refuse to share a cell on the basis of him being a man….they’ll be given condoms and will have to hope for the best. Those poor poor women 😩😩😩

the same sanity that thinks this is ok, are the people that allocate budgets. SelfID means anyone can say they are a woman. Big 17 yr old boys, in school toilets/ changing rooms and showers, with 11 yr old girls. 40 50 60 yr old men are saying they're women. There is a real sickness in the LGTQBiaa lobby groups. This is all pushed by the EU the WEF and many unions and businesses.
