I absolutely really love the layout of this place and the exterior of it. I love all the built-ins throughout and the floating shelves throughout. My most favorite part is the master bathroom with the stand-alone tub. I do love the deck and walk out from the basement. I also love the island in the kitchen area.❤❤❤❤❤
Love the alabaster counters too!!!! They also make incredible light fixtures. I wouldn't change anything at all about this house. Not a thing. It's perfect. Especially how the entire first floor is effortless living for the ones paying the mortgage, kek.
Timothy?? This House Is On The MOUNTAIN TOP!! Very Rustic And Beautiful!! Love The Atmosphere And The Artistry!! Lots Of Spacious Rooms!! Really Stunning!! Thank You!!
This modern mountain home is stunning, and also practical, which is not so common in these larger homes! I can picture a family with older children or visiting grandchildren happily occupying this space!
Beautiful. Love the vaulted ceilings and stone. The master appeared small though but maybe it is bigger in person. Wish the rec room was a little bigger but overall solid design and layout.
Think the reason why the tv isn't above the fireplace as much anymore is people realizing that it's a horrible viewing angle. Anyone that actually watches TV knows that eye level is the best angle. Putting those TVs so high up makes your neck hurt and it just looks bad.
It’s a lovely home, yet I’m not a big fan of open stairwells near the front (or any) door. For people carrying tons of packages, or kids, elderly, pregnant people, etc., it seems like a balance hazard waiting to happen, while removing coats, hopping on one leg to remove/put on boots, etc.
Two things bother me in these homes. First, if the oven isn't under the cook top then the hood can't draw the heat out. Second, when they put the oven next to the refrigerator. Heat needs to dissipate from the fridge... DUH
This is not really the case with wall ovens. In our home, we separated the fridge and oven with a pantry cabinet out of concern for the heat problem you describe. However, the pantry space meant you could touch the oven sidewall and this does not get warm at all. At least in our own case.
One of my issues with all these homes is that there is no vibe distinction between the up and downstairs. I want my basement to have a different feel than my main level, different materials, etc.
Why are the bedrooms located in the basement? You have a walk out basement, and maybe young children, who can potentially get out during the night, it doesn’t make sense.
I have an issue with homes that have the kids bedrooms in the basement next to the bar/rec area. Are you really going to have friends over drinking next to your kids trying to sleep? Hope none of your friends drink or get loud. And you better make sure all your conversations are rated PG because they will hear everything.
Not a fan of the kids being on a different floor from the parents, but electronic door chimes actually solve this problem of kids leaving the house without the parents’ knowledge.
2 million dollar home and it has a cheep slider coat closet as soon as you walk in. Lazy design choices. At that price point you shouldn’t feel like you are walking into mobile home. No second dishwasher. The laundry rook was better adorned than the pantry. Primary closet was disappointing. Very nice large garage. I like seeing areas to care for pets. The formal kitchen was nice. The utility room is a very nice addition.
Love the layout.
The house itself is beautiful but man, that garage is very massive, love it.
Absolutely love this layout, just not the low microwave, or pot filler
why do they keep putting microwaves below the counter?? Weird

Love the tv not over the fireplace. Perfect! Love this home.
Love the slide out shelves in the kitchen sooo handy!
LOVE this layout! I think this is my favorite home that you've toured!

It's beautifully constructed and the floor plan is perfect. I LOVE IT!

Absolutely Beautiful home…Awesome !!!!
Loved this one.❤ Great closets in all bedrooms. Loved the counter tops.
The lot is spectacular! That primary bedroom would benefit from lower windows not more than 12-15 inches from the floor, to let all that view in.

I wish we could know wall colors and also see the type of texture on the walls of these large, expensive homes. TY
Love it!!! Can we just move it to New Zealand please 🤣
Wowzy. ❤
We need to tour the Windsor II from Schumacher homes outside Columbia SC.

11:03 They must have “White Board” paint now! Who wants to deal with Chalk inside? Leave it for the driveway! 😆

I was about to post the same thing. I'm surprised building code allows stairs down right beside a front door
Lets see what we got today
👍
Nobody needs a gaz fire place 😢 a real one or no one 😢

The home he reviewed from Colorado Springs hit this point perfectly with the different vibe basement

That's a parents fault not the house
