Shea's ability to pick and choose items that blend well together is unmatched! Beautiful home! Whoever gets to enjoy this space everyday is extremely lucky.
The way my jaw dropped when you revealed the butlers pantry!! Incredible design with obviously so much consideration put into every design and architectural choice. Must be so incredible to see in person as I was left speechless throughout the entire video! Bravo!

I just found your channel and one thing that impresses me the most about your style is how you're able to take absolutely ginormous spaces and make them feel comfortable and welcoming. I mean, this house is over 5x the size of the largest (currently used) house I've been in (because I have been to Biltmore, but I'm not counting that 😄), and it doesn't feel like a warehouse or corporate convention center. 20K sqft home? Wow, I guess that's how much space you need to keep a marriage together! LOL. Sign me up! I have always wanted my own wing. This is extravagant and simply perfect. The taste level, details and thoughtfulness in design are just utterly mind blowing. I'm in awe. This is probably my favorite project so far. The beams & stonework are freakin showstoppers. The kitchen is every cook's dream. I can't even begin to comment on the architecture and materials selections, or how the landscaping is the perfect complement to the entire design. There are not enough words to encapsulate the sheer perfection of this house!!! I absolutely love these massive home designs as much as I love your Target Collection for us "normal" non-millionaire folk. Congrats on another home run!!!! This was jaw dropping...now I have TMJ! Are these extra large families or do they just prefer homes large enough to accommodate guests while visiting? Eight bunk beds in one room, let alone two bunk rooms seems a bit over the top. Also would like to see you take more time with the amenities in the home, I.e sauna room, kitchen appliances.. nonetheless a showstopper of a home ! ❤

I love Studio Mcgee! I don't know how many times I watched Netflix seasons. I miss their work. Every time when I am sort of down, Shay's ideas are giving me new perk for creativity. My husband is actually dreading every time when she is on Tv because that means we are going to Bunnings LOL. I grow up in Europe, and soon as I started watching, I said to myself, this house is a perfect combination of the old European Mountain houses where you can find stone, firewood on the wall, wood, big ceilings, and the ever so American grand style. It is sooo similar to my old grandparent's farm house, but in a new shine coat and triple if not bigger. . Magnificent job! Well done.
Amazing as always, but there is something I personally don’t like about this house. It’s just too big and somehow dull? It’s just too different to what I’m used too personally. It’s amazing though that the clients were able to build their dream !

For such huge walls/spaces alot of dinky lamps, artwork & mirrors. Need to be so much bigger. Along with hutch in kitchen that looks like it belongs in a dolls house for the size of wall and area. For instance Supposed to be next to gaming table, great opportunity to build a mammoth library wall and ladder. Would bring so much warmth & character into vast space.
