This is timed perfectly for me. After 1 year and 15k miles my wheels are coming off next week for this exact process...just in time before I'm on track at Goodwood. Nice video 👍
I am glad you talked about the level at which a car wheel arch and components can be brought back. I started decontaminating my wheel arches on my 2014 Focus ST and most of the metal components have lost their black factory coating. Obviously, and as you pointed out, no amount of scrubbing and cleaning is going to remedy that. I am quite happy to paint the parts up, but this is where I usually fall in to a trap and before I know it I’ve got the car stripped to a bare shell just so I can make sure the rest of it is clean! Would you happen to know what paint or alternative coatings would be best applied to suspension components (shock absorbers, wishbones, track rods, etc) that are detailing friendly? I’d quite happily throw a load of Hammerite or machinery enamel on there but I’m not sure how well a ceramic coating would take to those.
Jon, not sure if you’ve tried it but a quick spray of Bilt Hamber Atom-Mac on the brake discs just after washing will stop the brakes corroding and making a mess of those nice clean wheels.
This Chanel is brilliant but my wife can’t understand why anyone would clean under wheel arches and keeps say ‘what the fuck are you watching now’ lol👍
14:00 The real problem with old wheel arches is that they took a hard beating from all the particles (mostly small rocks) thrown up by the wheels, and because of that they don't have a smooth surface anymore. So, no matter with what you coat them, 1. you won't be able to achieve a perfectly smooth finish, and 2. dirt will always have an easy time sticking to them, because it will be able to settle in those small dents and crevices. On the other side it still makes sense to coat even these old and battered wheel arches with something hydrophobic and durable (preferably a ceramic coating for trims), because the coating will make it a lot easier to remove dirt from them.
defo gabor they get hammered. Ive done this on old cars and even though you can get it clean you can never really bring back these components. The plastics have a massive amount of fallout in them as well.
Ive just finished my washing process and will coat the arches this weekend with gyeon trim(plastic) rim (brakes) and mohs for suspension. Ive used bilt surfex hd, valet pro combo2 strong alkaline snowfoam prewash, valetpro tar and glue, valetpro bilberry wheelcleaner gyeon iron bilt hamber clay. And a lot of wheelbrushes, vikan flat face that you used an tuff shine tire brush, wheelwhoolies 3sizes and their 1.25inch boarshair brush. The tuff shine tirebrush i used for the first time and im very impressed with that one. I love to clean the wheelarches etc. Find it very satisfying😊
Timeless video cheers.tip to protect your tarmac drive ( mine is new) I bought a £6 paddling pool and put it under the wheel arch to catch all the crap!
great vid once again planning on doing mine before autumn . wheels have recently been refurbished due to pothole damage i too contacted the council and because i was the first person to report it i was not entitled to compensation however if you are the second person to report it and they have not fixed it they have to compensate you. my advice to you is get a friend to report it and then report it the next day also you will need photographic evidence with a tape measure showing the depth and width of pothole only then will you get reimbursed hope this helps mate
i think 7 others reported it before me, problem I have is when I went back to photo it, they had bloody filled it. so they may well get out of it that way.. sucks the alloy is still bananad right now. will end up costing me best part of a grand to fix.. appreciate the council cant always fix them immedietly but generally speaking we have third world half ass shit roads in the UK.. the amount of potholes out there is scary.
Very interesting vid 👍 IT so difficult to clean arches especially when you don't have stand alone house. When you're washing your car at public pressure washing stations I don't know how to do it then. Fast and easy 😁 All the best 4U 👍
I done this to my previous car I had,WD40 and sponge or a brush, they weren't that bad, then I used bumper gel on the plastic arches to make them shine and cleaned the wheels with the same method and used polish.
Been putting off this job for ages. This video may give me the nudge I need to get on with it! Nicely put together video this one Jon👍 Production quality is getting better all the time. Don’t get too slick though!
Did you consider using the micro suede cloth without the foam block for coating the caliper and the rim spokes? I wrap it around the gloved finger and secure it with tape. That made the whole process so much quicker and less annoying for me. The AP2 applicator pads from gtechniq are good for these smaller details as well.
Great vid once again Jon. Some tips there that I wouldn't have thought of. I know what you mean about it being one of the worst jobs but once done it makes all the difference in maintaining them. It's not just West Sussex that has the problems with pot holes, Northamptonshire's a bloody nightmare. Keep up the great work chap 👍🏻
Hey Jon, top video as usual! A tool I absolutely love for arch work, be it a full clean like this or just on a weekly maintenance wash is a 90° connector on the end of the pressure washer, really blasts out those awkward areas. Cheers👍
meguiars hyper dressing at 1/4 or 1/5 does a great job at protecting the fender liners and rubbers if you can get another coat on within that month theres a very noticeable "absorption" of the dressing to the plastics and the plastic is left with a very hydrophobic effect high shine aswell at those dilution ratios but needed to get the real penetration on older plastics, the price of hyper dressing is a real winner too
Last summer i did the same process with Koch Chemie Plaststar. Some areas of the arch (not all) are still protected (decent beading and sheeting). I drove 15-20k km until now. And i agree with you John, this is an ugly job :-)
FDC, I am doing a poll of auto detailing experts asking what their favorite vacuum for auto detailing is and why. If you do give an answer I would mention and link your channel in the video with the results of the poll. Really enjoying the videos!
hey Vacuum wars. great stuff, always nice to make contact with channels doing simliar stuff. you channel looks great. In the UK a lot of guys including me use the Titan TTB350VAC. It was 25 pounds in wickes. You can use and abuse it throw it around. real cheap workhorse hoover thats great for detailing. only problem with it is the main hose used to choke up and constrict, but you can mod it with the hose kit for the henry vacuums with solves the problem and gives you better attachments. The only other thing dust extraction wise is the Flex range which I am hopefully going to review at some point this year. but for value the Titan is a really cool tool so for the time being I would go with that one, Im not sure if its available in the USA though?
Great video!... never the grestest job for sure!... My only tip I would offer to you is that when applying the Gyeon Rim coating get a soft foam applicator and chop it up into 4 bits, then use these to spread and apply the coating. Use the swede cloth and block on the barrels... I got this tip from Tom @ Esoteric car care... has worked many a times when doing complex rims and helps to really apply the coating.
Hi more great stuff I do my V8 Vantage twice a year and it's hard to get them spotless. I use Gtechniq C5 on wheels and calipers and found it to be excellent but surfaces MUST be dry or it can cloud the surface I use a master blaster and check with a drying towel. You need more than recommend so get the larger bottle I use Gtechniq tar and glue remover to clean the arches after foam and pressure washing. I have also used Reload and C2 on wheels and arches it's cheaper and a lot quicker. I also use Dinitrol Korrotec 485 on steel chassis welds and other steel parts to stop corrosion forming. 👍
Another great video 😀. I would suggest getting a klin korea green monster (microfibre cloth) ideal for this job or any dirty jobs, really is a great cloth that can take a hammering and not needed to bin after one use, just wash and its ready to go again.
Nice video Jon. Question, is there a reason you haven’t changed your orfice on the foam cannon to a 1.1mm one? Makes a huge difference on low PSI/GPM pressure washers. Cheers from Canada!
Jon, WE WANT TO SEE THAT POTHOLE! I go at my wheel arches with degreaser, agitate well and then rinse off. Front fender (wing) liners get treated with Perl 1:3. I do it sporadically, don’t really plan it out but maybe every 4-6 months.
perhaps after all the cleaning is done and its still wet.. spray in the Atom Mac. let it sit and blow it out etc and dry it then.. And then do ceramic. i think thats how would do it mate
I like detailing but i think my 10 yr old golf is kinda past the stage of being able to detail the wheel arches as they are starting to surface rust in a few areas etc so i'll probably save these kinda jobs until i get something a bit newer lol..
Another great video. I would ditch the block for the spokes when coating. To intriacate to try and get it on all surfaces with the block. Same with the callipers. Sure uve done a great job as usual though. I find ABD spray abyss lasts well on plastic liners. Did you have carpet liners on the back? What did you do with those? I tried heavy coating with a scotchguard but waste of my time.
mask up properly if you do mohammed.. not just a particle failter mask but a proper air feed one or a full face with the appropriate filter types... Im sure it would be cool to spray them out.. the problem I have with it.. its a bit hardcore.. Its almost like getting into the body shop realms when you start spraying this stuff around...
John, if i use an acid on the wheels if needed, i'll spray it with megs apc in theory it should neutralize it with the megs being a alkaline before jetting off.
not tried that rich, but do you want to neutralise certain acids? Eg with something like hydrochloric acid you actually want it to be an acid in order for it to function? dunno mate
Another great video John thank you. Just getting into this so starting with the older uploads. I don't suppose you have any discount codes for Slims before I start ordering products?
Do you need the wheels rebalanced after this? I just got into detailing and autowheel + pressure washer removed some weights off one of my wheels haha. The wheels are crap (10 yo Scenic family car) and I'll get a new set refurbed once it needs tyres. I suspect the tyres went on to dirty rims, the barrels were filthy. Autowheel is bloody awesome though
Also, I feel your pain re. the pothole :( Give me a heads up...is it on the road from the motor circuit up the hill toward the horse track? I'll avoid that one for a while if so!
yo mark, this was on kennel road. as your coming down from the race course you go past a couple of buildings at a cross road where the golf course is (the kennels I think they are called) then theres a good long straight in a tunnel of trees before the left turn entrace to goodwood house and the roundabout before the goodwood entrace, it was on that long straight road. lucky I wasnt booting it, would have probably smashed out the alloy. I hit it at about 45-50 and it made an almightey bang. playing the waiting game with the council now, suspect I will get the denied rubber stamp though but im gonna try and fight them all the way on this. the pothole is fixed now so its safe to unleash the fun peddle on the RS :)
Jon, if you get no luck sorting out the wheel with the council. Then pop into to the guys at Chichester Cars on the Terminus Road industrial estate, they'll assess if it's safe and remove the bend for you. I had a couple done on the RS4 thanks to Horsham district councils poor road maintenance. Speak to Tom and explain what you do, he might give you a tour of their wheel refurb facility. Great guy's.
what about putting an impregnating compound on that fleece-type area? you know, that type of product you use on shoes and jackets that repels water. thus water and dirt might come off more easily. just an idea
Thank you for this and all of your other videos on both your channels! Your videos are thorough and very informative. I sincerely appreciate the in-depth approach of yours. What do you think of applying carpro dlux to the plastic wheel arches? Do you recommend a better protectant/coating?
I live your videos. And I don’t want to seem that I’m not appreciating the effort involved... but this is to a new car... (less than 60k miles) would prefer to see it done on an older car
it is newish yer 10k miles.. I could maybe do it on the golf. theres more corrosion in there and a lot more dirt. just really shot this because I actually wanted to do it on the m140. thing is I dont actually think its worth doing on the golf :(
i saw Bilt Hamber UC. do you think that owuld work as a quicker way of protection? its an aerosol spray wax/sealant thats designed for undercarriage. i was thinking i could just clean it really well then use that on all the suspention and trim behind the wheel.
fairtony I just bought some of this ready for my new car with the intention of using under wheel arches and underbody. Had a play on my old car with rusty steel wheels and it’s stopped old rust dead and left a waxy protective layer that’s lasting well. I’ve discovered anything from bilt hamber is utterly brilliant.
I did nothing. I think these just need periodic blasting and scrubbing. I cant see any product helping to stop dirt and crap embedding into the carpet wheel arches really.. dunno matt. maybe there is something.
Yeah that's what I do, I've heard some people vac them but that's just hassle. I was thinking of trying some fabric coat, like you put on the carpets inside but dunno if it could hold up to the amount of crud that flies into it.
will vary on the detailer and what package the customer is paying for. but wheels will be coming off cars a lot for details I would image and yer going in and really cleaning out the arches as well.. suxs because its time consuming and messy.
Need some help!, I have recently purchased a used Audi A4 Avant (FSH all good MOT passed) its 2016 model B9 but the discs and callipers have surface rust because the car has been sitting for 5 months at a dealer, whats the best course of action, I would like the callipers painted and the wheels detailed properly, I have called several Garages to get prices but nobody seams to do it, any advise? (I can provide pictures)
they need to be removed Tim. Some Body shops dont like taking the calipers off and having to bleed back the brakes when they refit etc.. and some garages dont provide paint services. They need to be removed and prep'd for spraying and primered and painted with proper high temp paint etc... ITs never cheap you might want to look at a brake upgrade to a set thats already painted and look better.
@@timclansey9720 it might be the best. those unpainted knobbly calipers never look great when painted. theres some lovely looking brakes out there. you might find someone selling like RS4 brakes second hand etc.. dunno food for though... but like painted standard calipers never look that good to my eye.
Just found your channel, absolutely love it! Really appreciate the thorough content and comparisons, very helpful considering the amount of products out there. I've got plenty of channels to binge watch now, after finding White Details recently, as well as good old Obsessed garage, AMMO and Dallas auto detail. This happens to be my favorite job 😂👆. Top job.
you look at the VHT rattle can range. They do a specific product for this. What I would say is a lot of the brakes use a cheap matt primer looking paint on the centre of the brake hubs and the rust starts to penetrate through this paint. There are lovely high end discs that have a smooth satin paint on the hubs which rust does not stick to or form through. I was meaning to investigate if there was a rattle can product I could use to achieve this satin finish on a brake hub rather than the crappy matt. but like lots of thigns I never get around to it.. if you know what Im talking about and nail it please let me know and vice versa I will if I ever get around to it
I've been putting this off since buying my new (to me) car, 32k miles and I don't think it was ever properly washed. Arches are going to be a real treat 😂. On a side note, do you thin the motech is worth the money for the full package?
you can buy up all the gear and whack it on yourself.. but I wanted them to do it, I drove like 300 mile round trip. I dont trust most garages to handle the car and fit things like this properly. I priced up pimping the car myself and it came in around 2200 so I figured Id rather they do it. I think it was a good choice but yer its not cheap.. tell you what though I just love the car a lot more with this kit on it.. its come alive joe
Forensic Detailing Channel Cool, I'm itching to do something to mine. The guys there look like they do good work, I agree it does sit too high as standard. Did the springs affect your adaptive dampers?
I dont have the adaptive suspension Joe. But I believe its ok to use these springs with the adaptive suspension but I would check with motech, they customer support is really responsive and helpfull.
Most cars i have saw here in my country (Finland), when you look wheel arches.. those are so dirty, (because of salt, sand, winter). It is impossible to clean those without petrol based solvants. Petrol solvant is best degreaser i know. When i clean arches, i use petrol solvant + brush. Then i apply some plastic protection. After one winter, it is same all again.. Tbh. i dont know many people here who cleans arches. ps. Your Bmw arches before washing were like new compared what i see here. :D
It looks like your using a Karcher Pressure Washer they do a handy MINI VP160 VARIO POWER JET that is great for the backside lips of the arches/inner liners. I personally pressure washed the crap out of the under arches first then used Citrus Pre-wash @ 6:1 ration, then PWash again. If you dont have painteed/enamled calipers already then a small stainless steel wire brush (and you can use the Brass version) will help get rid of any corrosion. Followed by CILLIT BANG POWER CLEANER LIMESCALE AND SHINE which will help get a LOT of Rust/Oxidisation off the calipers. Whatever products you use to clean your calipers its a very good idea to spray some Brake Cleaner over the area to remove any contaminents that may impact your brakes. Also for what appears to be a great overall cleaner i saw this in my local halfords muc-off.com/products/nano-tech-bike-cleaner It seems to work great!!! (used on an oily engine bay)
In my experience of using Gyeon Rim, if applying by hand the buffing off process is totally different to C5. I see you were barely wiping Rim off in video, I would personally be buffing a lot more thoroughly as Rim won't simply be pulled from the surface as C5 would. If you were buffing the product off black wheels in that manner you'd see plenty smearing
Not a bad video at all, really should get mine off (but 20's) are a pain in the rear to get on and off easily. It is worth investing in a couple of wheel locating/hanging pins on BMW's (and others) that have a wheel bolt and not a nut. My only irritation IMO at least from what we can see is you decision despite having them not to have a second lifting support in place aka an axle stand. I know BMW's are annoying in that respect but they are stiff enough to loosen the wheel you want, jack the rear up or use the central jacking point if you can. Why introduce risk or damage into the equation unnecessarily. For some of this these days I prefer just driving mine up my ramps front and then rear first. Yes it is not "wheels off", but it less of a faff.
I appreciate all comments and I understand your personal music preference is important to you... but you need to understand that whatever genre of music I use someone will express their dislike for it. If I could pick your favorite song in the world and use it as background music someone else will comment how the song suxs...
deepu krishna excatly...... its a waste of time & energy doing the wheel well to perfection. The brake dust & environment will do their work moment the car hits the road
this was going through my mind that whole day doing it.. was like ffs :( but I think guys.. the newer the car the more worthwhile it is doing it and getting some protection down will hopefully help. Im really not sure how much the ceramic can help preserve the trim in those arches but Im interested to find out.
I like this style of video - narrating over footage of doing the job (and the smooth music of course!)
This is one of the best detailing videos I've ever seen....and I've seen a lot. Hats off.

I wondered about this. Maybe a vid with discussion of this specific issue.

Dont know why i just love doing this to my car.
Its really hard work but gives alot of satisfaction when done properly
Simple, direct and informative. One of the best detailing car channel on TH-cam 👍👌

I loved the thorough explanation on this topic John! Love the attention you spend on the different materials.
recently acquired an old RX330. It needs this treatment. Can't wait to clean it up. Thanks for the informative tutorial.

I just get all 4 off the ground and hit it all in one go and I also pull all the plastic inners as the crap that's behind is unbelievable
This is one area I notice when you goto car shows and the owner hasn't done the arches, yet the rest looks epic..........fail!!

I tried heavy coating with a scotchguard but waste of my time.
John what is the best way to clean arches without taking wheels off. I have no equipment to take them off.
Very informative video, thank you so much. What about applying ceramic coating to the wheel by using a spray gun? just to ensure the full coverage?
mask up properly if you do mohammed.. not just a particle failter mask but a proper air feed one or a full face with the appropriate filter types... Im sure it would be cool to spray them out.. the problem I have with it.. its a bit hardcore.. Its almost like getting into the body shop realms when you start spraying this stuff around...
Thank u for ur advices :)
Why did you put autowheel just on the plastic part and not elsewhere?
John, if i use an acid on the wheels if needed, i'll spray it with megs apc in theory it should neutralize it with the megs being a alkaline before jetting off.
not tried that rich, but do you want to neutralise certain acids? Eg with something like hydrochloric acid you actually want it to be an acid in order for it to function? dunno mate
sorry i never said after i'd cleaned the wheel with the acid i'd then spray on the megs to dumb it down before jetting off...lol
ah sorry mate. that could be a clever idea yer.
Hi great video just one question why do u only use the fall out remover on the plastic? Thanks in advance 👍🏼
I wanted to help remove the fallout from the plastic before coating it..
Maybe a place for cheap Chinese sealants when doing arches?
Another great video, hope you manage to get that buckled wheel sorted out!
Another great video John thank you. Just getting into this so starting with the older uploads. I don't suppose you have any discount codes for Slims before I start ordering products?
i dont have any discount codes for slims sorry. I think DW might work. search detailing world.

Any tips on how to clean and condition those wheel arches with the asphalt noise insulator, instead of simple plastics?
you can vacuum with a brush first.. but really scrubbing them and jet washing untill clean is all I do Marcelo.
Did u get smthg do e bit that pot hole. Did they pay?
they payed yes
I now exactly where you mean. It's no wonder you never saw it coming with that tree canopy over head! Fingers crossed you get it sorted.
What if your car has the carpet/sound proofing style arches?
what about putting an impregnating compound on that fleece-type area? you know, that type of product you use on shoes and jackets that repels water. thus water and dirt might come off more easily. just an idea
Thank you for this and all of your other videos on both your channels! Your videos are thorough and very informative. I sincerely appreciate the in-depth approach of yours.
What do you think of applying carpro dlux to the plastic wheel arches? Do you recommend a better protectant/coating?
great use for DLUX for sure. the newer the car the more benefit. but yer ceramics work brilliiant on plastic trim thats new
@@ForensicDetailing that you for the prompt response. That was quick. It has been driven for 7,000km only and I'm optimistic.
All the best!
What dressing do you recommend on the insiste plástic instead of coating?tríed many but the dry quickly and left the wheel arch look dirt
Surely you don't really need to buff the coating on the inside wheel barrels?
Agree m8 talked about this on Other vids
I live your videos. And I don’t want to seem that I’m not appreciating the effort involved... but this is to a new car... (less than 60k miles) would prefer to see it done on an older car
it is newish yer 10k miles.. I could maybe do it on the golf. theres more corrosion in there and a lot more dirt. just really shot this because I actually wanted to do it on the m140. thing is I dont actually think its worth doing on the golf :(
Brilliant video as always Jon
I actually kinda enjoy it. It's the most powerful of all before and afters for me
What acid wheel cleaner did you use? looked like valet pro
i saw Bilt Hamber UC. do you think that owuld work as a quicker way of protection? its an aerosol spray wax/sealant thats designed for undercarriage. i was thinking i could just clean it really well then use that on all the suspention and trim behind the wheel.
fairtony I just bought some of this ready for my new car with the intention of using under wheel arches and underbody.
Had a play on my old car with rusty steel wheels and it’s stopped old rust dead and left a waxy protective layer that’s lasting well.
I’ve discovered anything from bilt hamber is utterly brilliant.
if its BH it will work. I have some Atom Mac their new migratory rust inhibitor I need to talk about at some point as well.
Exactly what I’m going to do! On a 10 year old Civic 😩
What would you do about the carpeted wheel arches?
I did nothing. I think these just need periodic blasting and scrubbing. I cant see any product helping to stop dirt and crap embedding into the carpet wheel arches really.. dunno matt. maybe there is something.
Yeah that's what I do, I've heard some people vac them but that's just hassle. I was thinking of trying some fabric coat, like you put on the carpets inside but dunno if it could hold up to the amount of crud that flies into it.
How did the trim coating fair up John?
still going 2 years later, I did a video on the unplugged channel showing the performance.
Lovely voiceover bring it back
Please, show us the bottles and the brands of products Be fore use
Liking the way you apply that metal polish with your bare asbestos hands.
Would this ever be part of any kind of normal detail job, or would this only be for show/concours work?
will vary on the detailer and what package the customer is paying for. but wheels will be coming off cars a lot for details I would image and yer going in and really cleaning out the arches as well.. suxs because its time consuming and messy.
What's your product recommendation for an acidic wheel cleaner?
Autoglanz TRADE acid wheel cleaner.
@@ForensicDetailing Would the upgrade be the cheaper option?
@@timclansey9720 it might be the best. those unpainted knobbly calipers never look great when painted. theres some lovely looking brakes out there. you might find someone selling like RS4 brakes second hand etc.. dunno food for though... but like painted standard calipers never look that good to my eye.
Forensic Detailing Channel thanks for the info stay safe mate 👍
How often do you drive your car, is it a every day car.
I sold it a year ago this is an old video mate.
Love the content and the music john, another great video
thanks jamie appreciate it
Just found your channel, absolutely love it! Really appreciate the thorough content and comparisons, very helpful considering the amount of products out there. I've got plenty of channels to binge watch now, after finding White Details recently, as well as good old Obsessed garage, AMMO and Dallas auto detail. This happens to be my favorite job 😂👆.
Top job.
how you going to drive the car at all after all these work
Do you have any recommendations on what silver paint to use to pain the brake hubs as the ones on my car are starting to rust
you look at the VHT rattle can range. They do a specific product for this.
What I would say is a lot of the brakes use a cheap matt primer looking paint on the centre of the brake hubs and the rust starts to penetrate through this paint. There are lovely high end discs that have a smooth satin paint on the hubs which rust does not stick to or form through.
I was meaning to investigate if there was a rattle can product I could use to achieve this satin finish on a brake hub rather than the crappy matt. but like lots of thigns I never get around to it.. if you know what Im talking about and nail it please let me know and vice versa I will if I ever get around to it
@@ForensicDetailing Thanks, I'll have a look on their website and go from there
1 down, only 3 more to go!! Say goodbye to your entire Saturday! 😂
How much would something like this cost to be made? I don't think I'd even wanna drive the car if I always had to clean it like that..
hello which acid you used to clean your rims
autoglanz trade range acid wheel cleaner.. be carefull with it on metal surfaces...
Surfex Hd is as good as any solvent based cleaner. Bilt Hamber
What acid cleaner did you use?
autoglanz trade acid wheel cleaner. good stuff lentil but jsut be carefull with it on bare metal surfaces as always with stronger acids.
I actually quite like a wheels off arch cleaning session... Maybe it's because I can sit down 😄
Great video. One muddy puddle later it's back to square one.
Whats the acid wheel cleaner?
autoglanz acid wheel cleaner
Also for what appears to be a great overall cleaner i saw this in my local halfords
muc-off.com/products/nano-tech-bike-cleaner
It seems to work great!!!
If you were buffing the product off black wheels in that manner you'd see plenty smearing
a drillbrush would make it easier to clean except for the springs of course
Love the video, very useful. What's with backing music though lol
What's the name of the music is 70s funk
its called Night Stalker by Wave Saver
Did you ever get any money from the Council for your buckled Alloy?
yes it took 9 months but they accepted liability and payed the full cost of the repair.
@@ForensicDetailing A long wait then, glad to hear they paid up in the end.
`Run flat tyres ? .... Sad to see that nice alloy ..... expensive as well OEM wheels :-(
Fantastic channel...
Great content you make :)
Does anyone else watch these videos then go and clean there already clean car lol. 😂
This is all well and good but that’s quite a new car so not that difficult to clean
Frankly, clean it and the cover the whole thing with Fluid Film and Perma Film an be happily protected from road salt etc.
Ok, as an American I watched this first to find out what a wheel arch was. Now I know! We call them wheel wells
doh, cheers for that. Ive just updated the tags with wheel wells so hopefully that will help for USA viewers. cheers mate
Great video.
But when you're using a torque wrench, dont give it that second click, its pointless ;)
mechanical faux pas..
Nice music. Must have asbestos hands, no nitrile gloves. 🤣
My wheel arches are a pain half of it is fabric!
Fab video, but what’s with that music, is it porn v war of the worlds, ha ha 😂
Your channel is perfect expect for one thing please change the background music cuz it sound’s like 60’s and 70’s porn music background ....
I appreciate all comments and I understand your personal music preference is important to you... but you need to understand that whatever genre of music I use someone will express their dislike for it. If I could pick your favorite song in the world and use it as background music someone else will comment how the song suxs...
Bro can I ask what size of bra are u using 😀😀😀just joking 🙃
Remember any you tuber had heard any joke that comes into your wonderful brain about 100 times b4 from other like minded wonderful brains...
@@ForensicDetailing so is definitely XL 😂😂😂
most unrewarding ..after all the labour its just like untouched as soon as we hit the road :]
deepu krishna excatly...... its a waste of time & energy doing the wheel well to perfection.
