    My mom and I have been doing the Leslie Sansone workouts since the 90s! When I was about 4/5 years old I would put on some bike shorts under my neon pink one piece swimsuit because it looked like their workout leotards 😂. That one was “live at the club with Leslie sansone!” Then my mom bought THIS set when she was in her 40s and I was about 12/13 and mom went from a size 12 to a size 6!! Now I’m 27 and I’m going to do a 30 day challenge to see what my results are :). Mom is about 60 and still does her walk at home videos 🥰. Needless to say, Leslie has been a big part of my life for YEARS.

    I am 60 years old, Was 93kg when I started leslie's workouts in July 2022. By January 2023 weighed 73kgCurrently size 14 from 24

    Just love that she makes it so simple. I really hate those workout videos with all the choreography. I don't have to think about fancy steps with Leslie. I just have to move. Thank you Leslie!

    I really enjoy Leslie Sansone's walk videos. I have been using them for 20 years off and on. I am currently 70 years old, but I can still move like I was at 50. I attribute my ability to move to doing these wonderful exercises, and they are so very simple to follow. I encouraged my Filipino friends to use the videos also. Thank you very much.

      I've been doing Leslie's walking exercises for 30 years, give or take a few, and am now 75 years old and still at it. Cut down from 4 miles to 2 miles 3 to5 times a week. So, keep at it everyone!

      Absolutely.. I started working out with Leslie Sansone since I found her tapes in 2000 and now that they’re on TH-cam that’s even great! And I too have tried other work out but I always come back to these because they’re the best( IMO) and the people she had working out with her(Mary, Carol, Jo Ann Linda, Alton, etc. etc. seem more down to earth)

    This workout helped me lose 50 lbs back in 2009 while living with my grandmother. It was on Comcast until it expired and I was so disappointed and I fell off track fast forward to 2022 I have two children and Im at 227 lbs I been trying to find this video and long behold I find it here. Thank god for youtube. Im starting this workout tomorrow. Here's to health and wealth. I cant wait to reunite and walk with Leslie again. This just made me smile. I also loved the music in this video too it really was motivation and gave me a lot of energy

    I love Leslie's videos. A couple years back, we had a church group that worked out together called Spirit Walkers, and we did Leslie's 1-mile walks, and then built up to the 3-miles... I lost 17 inches off my total body in 8 months by just doing it for an hour a week... That was some years back, but now medications have made it harder for me to lose weight (I am no longer the size I was in my thumbnail lol), and now I have just started doing atleast 1 mile a day (most of the time, I do 2 miles), and I can't wait to see results. These workouts are also great to do in an office, and they're fun.

    This is an excellent way of exercising. I am very overweight and suffer from arthritis in my knees. Since i started this walking programme - from beginners to 1 mile express my health has improved, I can walk longer distances and nearly run upstairs. Together with a weight-loss programme I am losing weight slowly but surely. Thanks Leslie

    It is unbelievable the amount of sweat that was pouring in just this 15 minutes. This leaves me with no excuses. No matter how long my day is, I can certainly find 15 minutes. Thank you for posting.

    Really like this kind of old workout by Leslie, She Is my First trainer...when I started to use TH-cam I decided also in my Life to' walk outside for Lost some kg and I discover her, I'm in Italy and love how She's teaching. God bless her💞

    Dropped my son off at Karate and right home taking off my coat, using only my S4 mini I quickly got this video up and running. In my winter boots scarf still on, I did an attempt at this video. Wanted to do it before I was sidetracked.
    Now I know I don't need to set up the dinosaur computer I have. Cell picture is small but I know her videos good enough I can still do it.
    Today was a start, one of many I have attempted. Thanks for sharing the video.

    This is the best one mile walk she has on here. This is DEFINITELY the most challenging especially when you’re using bar bells. Glad I finally found a one mile walk by her that pushes me. Now, I don’t feel guilty not going to the gym even after I’ve done a one mile walk with her that was less challenging!!

    Finally a fitness video I can do. I love all of the moves and it under 20 mins so I feel very motivated the whole time. I feel good after this workout like I have more energy not less energy. Plus, Leslie is so motivating saying you can't do it wrong. Love it!

    Oh my! 8 years ago you didn't get a warm up, just start in at the fast pace and it stayed at that pace all 15 minutes! THIS is a workout. I've been doing her more recent ones and none of them burn in 15 min. like this one! Oh and it's so cool to see when women still styled their hair for everyday routine. I remember those days.

    I just finished this workout. I did it with 5 pound weights in each hand. I plan on doing this video along with Leslie other walking workout videos until I see results! I will update my post as soon as I've lost weight. Losing weight and getting fit are my main reasons for working out to these videos. If you're on the fence on whether or not you'll get a good workout and sweat, don't hesitate...I assure you, this is the workout for you.

    Classic! Been doing this for 2 months under the lockdown and I see results! I have lost weight and my cravings for junk are gone. Just amazing. I only do 1 mile a day. I've only done the 2-mile workouts about 2-3 times throughout those 2 months.

I thought this would be the same as your 1 mile happy walk, but BOYYYY.....this one kicked my butt a little bit more, especially after 20 minutes with Richard Simmons before doing this!     Thanks Lesley. I have been walking for 4 years now and it does me really good. I enjoyed it over the years, it's more like a hobby to me now. I walk at least 5 to 6 times a week. I do the 1 mile express 2 times at a go then do Walk Away The Pound abs and then some stretches. It's a big blessing. It takes me like an hour every time. I also recommended many friends to join the WATP team.

    Best mile ever! I wish there was a 3-4 mile video at this pace. (Maybe there is, and I haven't seen it?) I've been working out with Leslie since 2010, and would love some more advanced videos. And, I love the old school format more than I do the newer videos. It's more personal.

    Back to walking with Leslie! My mom got very sick with cancer back in the summer, she passed away on September the 8th. My brothers, their wives and I took very good care of her, and along with the help of hospice she passed away at home as she wished. I stopped my exercise with Leslie during that time, though I incorporated the stairs at work (as I always do) and extra walking in day to day life, but it is not enough. I admit, I am not much on routine exercise so this 15 minute exercise is quite fun, upbeat and helps me "like" it better again! Did it this morning! (Sure did take the guilt away from where I hadn't been exercising on a regular basis!) So I am getting back to work, toning up again and hopefully lose a few extra pounds! Plus, I am hoping this helps me fight off temptations of Holiday careless/overeating. Exercise seems to help me think twice what I want to fudge on, (no pun intended)! :-) Best wishes to all! +JMJ+ Love Leslie, great workout!

    This is awesome. While its easy enough, you can still feel the woo that you need to keep up. This was my 1st time and as out of shape that i am, i only had to stop and walk in place twice. Awesome job Leslie Sansone. On to the stretches i go.

    Ive done this video 3 times a week for the past 5 weeks and I lost 10 pounds and one dress size with proper eating as in no carbs or starches and junk food. Also I replaced the walking with light jogging. It works!

    This was a set of 3 with a belt. Wish I could find them. Just like this one challenging enough but easy. Good to find this one

    I mix and match workouts, and on two days a week, I'll do a more exhaustive workout for half the time, then follow it up with a milder workout. This is the milder workout, but you can still move quite a lot, and you feel like you are doing something! On my two mild days, I'll do a Leslie workout with the weights or bands.
    I've been using Leslie Sansone videos for a while, and even bought a couple. I haven't seen the earlier workouts with a group for some time now. It makes me wonder whatever happened to the familiar faces in this video that I originally saw in the video I bought (It came out shortly before this video). It's been 16 years now!
    These are great videos if you have some sort of joint issue. You can modify them, if needed. I first started using these when I broke a wrist, but did not want to sit on the couch during the healing period.
