Unfortunately, this puppet, which was imposed on the people of Ukraine by the United States and the United Kingdom through a coup and trick, has lost his mind, and the illusion of having power and the illusion that he is a strong-willed leader has made him a stupid animal who has destroyed Ukraine. led to destruction and still if America and England ask him to shoot the people of Ukraine directly, he will accept with closed eyes, a Zionist monster in the form of a scarecrow

Truly, the influence on Italian media from Russia is alarming when you arrive from another European country.
The idea that everything is bad NATO's fault is as pervasive as the lack of awareness of what Italy's fate would be if it was not in it.
In the things people say it is striking to see how deeply the narrative has entrenched itself inside people's thinking.
Too many in Germany show the same.

I'm a Canadian who has lived in Czech Rep. for 30 years...I can say that nobody among my Czech Family and friends were or are surprised about what Russia is doing...and I think I can safely say this about the vast majority of People in former Soviet Republics like the Baltics and countries formerly subjugated under Soviet "sphere of influence".. Is it any wonder why these nations (who have long proud histories before Soviet Domination) beat a hasty path to the EU and NATO when the opportunity arose. Western Europe and the "West" in general have been asleep at the wheel while Putin and his revanchist, history revisionist criminal mob were making it clear what their intentions were for the last 20 years. Western Europe is only now waking up...and we here are saying "I told you so". NATO has never been a threat to Russia's security or existence...but is has been threat to it's revanchism and imperialism. Until the Russian's "idea" of themselves changes...we will always have to deal with Russia's mythological understanding of itself and it's place in history and the world...and it's this collective Rusky Mir belief that will always present a danger. As unfathomable is this war seems to many...nobody here was or is surprised.

I personally think Ukraine 🇺🇦 bless every angel who are waiting to live with freedom in their country without interference from other countries n my point is I feel they have done enough by the war being in their country which has ruined a beautiful picturesque place anyone would love to be part of them not just that so determined people that has gone though he'll n back two years later bless them all, I watch them everyday n you can tell they will not stop until they win this war to say now we can all live with freedom n help one another as before the war. I needed to win for every single person as you have all been so brave n helped pull one another round when feel down so yes I think they have done their share with what they have done, some countries would not have even tried to go for Russia people was afraid but they will not be now, I think its our turn to give and other countries give with a big heart, do not look for America to give give give let's have one last go, let's do it now, l would like to give 500 hundred pound it's not alot but its a little bit to help, I love my Ukraine 🇺🇦 guys very much they work so hard bless them all, so brave, determined, courageous, strong, dedicated awesome guy's, Glory to Ukraine 🇺🇦, Glory to Ukraine 🇺🇦 and God bless you all everyday, I love you all toooooo biiitttttzzzzzzzz xxxxx xxxxx

The international approach to support Ukraine seems to lack a more complete understanding of the conflict's paradigm. The consequence of ignoring who is conflict and why leads to reductionist outcomes like war. Unfortunately, it is late and casualties keep on growing on both sides with no positive results for one or the other in conflict. Support to Ukrainians must be a combination of strategies to convince Russians to withdraw from their territory, not because "the force" is on the side of the Ukrainians but because not doing so is in detriment of basic quality of life, cultural virtue, and wealth of the people of the entire region. The future of all Europe (Russia included) is at stake! These talks need to address the participation of Russian organizations that are inclined for maintaining Ukrainian sovereignty and the autonomy of its Ukrainian government. Russian Universities, churches, media, unions, business associations, research institutions, even their military must understand the severity of the problem and how it has been reduced to a clash of force when it needs to be broken down into the multiple parts that make the problem solveable through dialogue, laws, treaties, or schemes. Structured programming describes ways of solving problems that kids in school learn. A similar approach to the conflict will certainly give way to both parts seeking a cease of fire, with agreements that can receive civil support, and could be supported afterwards by political movements. Let's not just put the solution in terms of ammunition needed, this is not Homer's Iliad but a XXI century conflict in which human intellect must prevail over violence. Can't we do that too? My highest respect to Ukrainians and their brave men and women in their fight for independence

    • @gogudelagaze1585
      @gogudelagaze1585 8 หลายเดือนก่อน

Putin sees himself as a new version of his idol, Alexander III. A proud, and deeply religious person that fought to make the Russian empire great. And he did so by deleting the culture and languages of minorities, making Russian language and the Russian orthodox church the only acceptable one (there were others, but were swiftly removed - another move that Putin copied), promoted the secret police to hunt down and persecute anyone perceived as being harmful to him, and promoted extreme anti-semitic conspiracies, which eventually resulted in the creation of the Protocols of the Elder Zion. The regular people suffered immensely in this period. That's Putin's role model.
What you say would make sense if there was a reasonable actor on the other side, but there isn't. Russian civil society is basically non-existant - it only started to exist in the last 30 years, but was heavily suppressed. Russian universities, churches and unions are all a part of the state apparatus, and will not object to it. Business associations have suffered terribly, but if they speak out, their property will be confiscated and they placed in prison (2023 law). There's nobody that can put pressure other than the regular people, and the regular people are too deemobilized to do anything.

This had to be a distraction for people around which impaired their view and listening. Truthfully, I also found it inappropriate to see people munching on food when others are recounting the horrors of this war. Doesn't look good.

Where was this collective European concern about Ukraine's victory in 2014 after Russia's two invasions and annexation of Crimea in 2014? For 8 years, Europe pressured Ukraine to trade land for meaningless peace treaties with Russia which it used to build it weapons and forces for the next invasion in 2022. As it did with every American President since President Eisenhower critical of Europes's inadequate funding of their own defense, Europe ignored President Trump's calls for Europe to spend at least 2% of GDP on defense three years after NATO countries unanimously pledged to do so. After most European countries cut their defense spending from 3% to 1.3% of GDP since the end of the Cold War, only 3 NATO members paid at least 2% of GDP for defense in 2014. Ten years later, only 11 of 31 NATO countries fulfilled this commitment while the EU sent Russia billions in Euros as profits for oil and LNG imports annually.
Anthony King, a professor of war studies at the University of Warwick, wisely said, Europe has 'systematically demilitarized itself because it didn’t need to spend the money,” thanks to an over reliance on U.S. military dominance around the globe. “They have basically gone to sleep.”
Seeing Hillary Clinton on this panel is proof those organizing this panel discussion willfully ignore her contributions to Russia's predictable aggression as a result of her famous "reset" with Russia in March 2009. After Russia's invasion, the Obama-Biden administration provided minimal support to Ukraine with tepid sanctions on Russia and non-lethal military aid .
The fact is the Republican led U.S. House of Representatives passed a comprehensive aid package including $61 billion in new aid to Ukraine last December. President Biden threatened to veto it and his Democrat party in the U.S. Senate defeated this bill.

what an obtuse observation...peace on who's terms...perhaps take a trip to Ukraine and have that discussion...I wonder how you would feel if it was your nation, your cities being demolished, your children being abducted, your mothers, sisters daughters being raped, your culture being denied as even existing and having to fight for that very existence...When you can truly stand in the shoes of Ukrainians then you can piously spout about peace.

Let's not kid ourselves. In perhaps a year, NATO's largest military force will no longer be on the European continent.
Then each country will look after itself and the Baltic states will have to pursue a more realistic foreign policy for existential reasons.
Kaja Kallas should behave like an adult and assess the situation realistically.

@@ChocManus The founding of NATO made sense for the USA after the Second World War to push back the dominance of the Soviet Union as the strongest power in Eurasia. But now, 35 years after the Cold War, Russia simply does not have the capacity and political influence to dominate Europe like the Soviet Union did. In addition, Europe is becoming significantly less important in relation to other parts of the world. It follows that, considering the national interests of the USA, it makes no sense to continue NATO.

@@ChocManus No, she's not right. What Kaja Kallas says is nothing more than political rhetoric intended to distract people from reality.
Just as the Ukrainians were told in March 2022 that they did not need to negotiate with Russia because NATO would support them until victory. These people only care about saving their careers and the institutions that put them in power.
The world has changed. You have to live in reality and not believe politicians' lies.
