This celtic salt is a must for your bones and my goodness forget the calcium supplements because this salt takes care of it all. Here again look at what they? Have been hiding from us❤
1. Light headed 2. Indigestion 3. Craving salty foods. 4. Morning fatigue 5. Dry skin & eyes ( Use high quality salt- Baja Gold or Celtic sea salt). 6. Low Stress Tolerance. 7. Headaches 8.Diarrhea. 9. Rapid heartbeat 10.Insomnia 11. Muscle Cramps. 12. Brain fog & trouble concentrating. TEST YOUR SALT LEVEL- Pinch the skin on the back of your hand for a few seconds and then release. If your skin snaps back quickly, you are hydrated, but if it stays pinched or returns slowly, it could be dehydration, which could be related to low sodium. Also if your urine is too clear, it could indicate you have drank too much water and diluted your salt levels too much. OTHER REASONS: 1. Kidney damage 2. Medication (Diuretics for high blood pressure). 3. Adrenal Fatigue 4. Overhydrated 5. Over sweating. REPLENISH SALT LEVEL Do not use processed salt (Table salt) Use high quality natural Sea salts such as: Redmonds Sea Salt, Baja Gold or Celtic Sea Salt. SUGGESTION: If you feel fatigued or have low energy= Add 1/8 Teaspoon of Celtic salt to 500ML of water. Leave on bedside table, on waking up in the morning, shake the bottle and drink up.
Hypothyroidism. I found out the hard way that people with hypothyroidism need sodium. My husband has high blood pressure and I have been avoiding seasoning our food with salt. One morning I woke up with horrible anxiety, nausea and broke out in a soaking sweat. I went to the ER. They tested my blood work and discovered that my sodium level dropped to 124. I now believe that this happened because I have hypothyroidism and avoided salt to help my husband. Yes I use Celtic Sea salt.
Yes, your thyroid needs salt. You might consider looking up a video where Dr. David Brownstein speaks about the importance of iodine and salt for the thyroid.
Salt is LIFE! Well, I should say Salt & Sun, 2 things Drs. are telling people to stay away from! 😢 I love Baja gold salt, Celtic & Maldon finishing salt, they are excellent! Thank you Ryan 😊❤ P.S. I use to be a big fan of pink Himalayan salt, but learned yesterday if we don't know the exact source of where it's coming from it's most likely sourced from China.
Have you ever experienced any of these strange signs? I had no idea lightheadedness or even dry skin could be connected to needing more salt! I'm definitely trying that pinch test mentioned in the video.
If you're eating processed food then that's probably a correct statement, However, people who eat whole foods do not get the added salt from processing. Please review the part of the video that explains other reasons that you might need salt 11:47. Have a nice day.
@@ThereWeWere-Gone Both terms are used interchangeably in India to foist buyers into buying their crap at an exorbitant rate. This is nothing new in India. Food regulations authority bank account grows as their belly fat doing nothing. To get an imported Celtic salt will cost an arm and a leg, so it's not worth it.
Lately i had heartburn afer eating home bake bread 🍞 and it's the third time noticing that and dry skin bcoz i didn't like applying something on my legs and arms if I'm gonna wear long sleve top or slacks only when I'm gonna wear a dres or skirt that gonna show my legs
I never knew that salt affects your cortisol levels. And your nervous system. I hardly have been using salt for years because I thought it was healthier for your blood pressure. Who knew thank you so much. I appreciate your videos. From now on, I’m going to add a little sea salt to my water in the morning. But I don’t have access to the Celtic sea salt. They used to sell it in my local supermarkets but they stopped. I live in a community where we have an overrun of physicians I’m in Florida they own Florida. And I don’t think they want you to be healthy so this more unhealthy food in our grocery stores than anything else. Hardly any thing natural organic or pesticide free or sugar free. It’s how they want it they want you to be sick and run to the doctor. We just have regular sea salt. We don’t have Redman. We don’t have Celtic and we don’t have the Baja. Oh well and I’m not all ordering sold online. I think that’s ridiculous. It’s expensive as it is then you gotta pay shipping as well I don’t think so. I’ll just have regular sea salt and manage with that.

That's hardly possible these days since salt is found everywhere and sometimes in higher quantities than it should..

@@ktk2094 I agree, and the salt in processed food is the WRONG kind of salt, which is toxic poison! Real salt is full of minerals 😋
That's table salt. He is talking about sea salt which is safe unlike table salt.
Thanx for the advice appreciated I'm only drinking water with lemon from now on I'll adapt to water with salt as said
What about Himalayan pink salt?
Be careful with pink Himalayan salt, I just learned yesterday, alot of it is being sourced from China! Know your source if you're gonna use it 😊
Good luck on finding good quality pink salt in your country.
Celtic salt is best,
*Real* Pink Himalayan salt is second best,
Pink salt is a scam for💲, which is regular table salt with pink dye in it.
